So, the people who use Gregtech like the more expensive panel, because they like more expensive things, as they're too patient mining. The people who think industrial craft is balanced enough as it is like the cheaper panel. Definitely needs to be a config option.
Agreed, the only difference is time consumption used on mining. Mod makers now a day tends to make their mods more difficult (ex. blaze rod nerf), I can understand why the hardcore minecraft players would like these changes as it give them a more of a "accomplishment" feeling. However the mod maker shouldn't forget the crowd who like the way it were, despite certain procedures are easier or more popular than some other procedures. I don't mind having harder recipes, but I feel like they should at least give the player a choice to change it back.

The Ultimate Quantum Armor never charged your other armor pieces, only tools you're using.
As for that second part, UPDATE IC2!!!!! If you do not have version 1.115.208 or later, nothing will happen when you put something in the machine!!!!!
If that the case then the quantum solar helmet is only charging the suit only. If that was intended and I just didn't notice.... then I might have used the EU of my armor very efficiently for the last few month...

The Ultimate Quantum Armor seemed to stopped charging other armor pieces. Also when I place an armor and a upgrade in the armor assembler and charged it with EU. It just stands there without any updates or do anything.

Is there a clear guide on how to use the Armor Assembler? There seems no clear explanation on the wiki or the forums.

Are you thinking about making the boost key available to the turbine engine similar to the gravisuit?

Bug: If you upgrade your armor capacity into 100,000,000 or higher, when is fully charged you'll die in one hit from anything.
I also agree with the above since hovering uses more than 8000 eu per tick which is impossible to support continuously. It would be nice to replace the flight enable button with mode switch, so you could change from jetpack and hover since flight enable is basically pointless. You might wana decrease the EU needed for flight.
