May I ask why the Gravity Chest is kind of useless in power usage when comes to say Advance Jet Pack? I would rather myself have the advance jetpack then the Gravity Chest on a Quantum Chest so I don't drain all my power before leaving my house.

Hi SeNtiMeL, I was wondering if you have ever considered adding in Advance version of the entire nano suit if its only function was even just for the power boost. I find Nano Armor highly useless at lower levels and end up caring like 4 sets with me for battles. And even minus that I find the boosts 100% worthless since the changes a while ago to nano boots where fall damage is doing an insane amount of damage on fall to the point where you could actually break your boots in 1 fall... Things like slow fall enchants do not have an effect until it runs out of power.
I guess you use MCPC plus on server.
If so, then issue is related to behaviour of IC2 API with bukkit world IDs. And can't be fixed by me without major rewrite of my code to remove IC2 network code usage.

What? MCPC Is perfectly fine I have only ever tested NC with MCPC+
I was wondering if there was a simple API for developers with CF Foam. I like to chase a few of them down and see if they will consider adding it in if it's even possible via API. I know most will not bother if its to complex. But be nice to get a few mods added in for it.

You guys have no right to come in this thread and say another mod is better let alone advertise another mod from another site like this in a mod related. First off the other person had tried to close source an open source project. After being yelled at by the people releasing this one above he has now also open sourced his version of MFFS. Not only that his version is not even very usable right now as he is changing everything. That comes to my next point. Since Cal's version of MFFS is changing so much would it not be better he rename the mod to something else? Or is he only care for popularity? I mean he even removed the ore generation...
Anyways this version posted on IC made for IC is the one I'm going to use. I'm not going use the one that a group people keep spamming their mods on here trying to sell UE on other forums like some kind of rodents.
Now please kindly don't come back to this post if your here to compare, insult, and or advertise another similar mod. It's not fair and it's rude. PS this one is a free download... Not triple layered in advertising just to download it.

Display MoreBuild #74 is the update for Minecraft v1.5.1 and the latest IC² v1.115-lf beta. You'll need a forge 7.7.1 build; I suggest 651+.
I also uploaded the fission pad update for 1.4.7 (build #72), for those people who haven't updated to 1.5.1, yet. There won't be any further releases or fixes for 1.4.7.
These latest builds have a new fission based charge pad that is more powerful than the Lapotronic, still classes as tier 3 but can be charged by placing uranium cells directly into the charging slot (since it's based around an IC2 nuclear reactor). There is no way to boost the speed of uranium energy production (if you want that, build a proper reactor!) but you'll never have to worry about overheating. The cells are depleted at the same rate as you'd expect from a reactor, so it's slow but constant, as opposed to an energy crystal which will discharge significantly quicker. You can also end up with depleted uranium cells when they're used up.
Additionally, the pads now support "sided" inventory management, so you can insert and remove whatever is in the charging slot (ie, batteries, crystals or uranium cells) automating things with appropriately advanced machines (e.g. factorization routers?).
Be warned, though: "abusing" a fission pad while it's processing uranium will be as explosive as you'd expect a nuclear reactor to be.
Fix-wise: efficiency upgrades now use the correct battery items and overclockers now boost rates properly (at peak, they bring a pad to just shy of the next level of pad)
Texture pack-wise: I provided a config file to the Soartex Unstitcher guys for ChargePads, so that should make unstitching for 1.5.1 significantly easier.

This is something that Tallinu and myself have been kicking around for months but just haven't got around to coding it. We have some unique ideas that should make it really fun and it's planned to be a part of our Advanced Power Management addon.

Mainly because the only dev on IC now is Player. Though sometimes the others show up on the forums but they don't have the passion right now for this forum or IC. Pretty much everyone is MIA and burned out for hopefully a temp time. If not well let's hope Player does not burn out soon.
This is imo how the Gregtechy AESU should work, so that it won't adjust the EU/p to the EU/t, but have a configurable Packet/t.

Who knows, for now I'm waiting for more stable IC2 build and BC build to test 1.5.1 update.
Things are starting to get a lot better now. He did some recent API fixes I think solved a lot of issues. Be warned though not IC fault but there using custom rendering I guess that optfine does not support yet. So if you use optifine might look broken.
That's a crazy idea... and I like it. O_o Not sure I like the pad on top of the chest but that's just aesthetics... I'll think about it and see what I can come up with.
The shift to 1.5 is going to have to be dealt with first, since I'm shifting to custom rendering and it's going to be complete arse. :\
