I noticed in SMP play some readings were not right like batpack + wrench batpack does not update till you lift it up and down in the slot. Have you tried this you 100% it's infinite. Also I guess since hot bar item would not be the same we have reports yet not seen it myself of jetpacks taking damage and restoring 100% energy hehe.

Or at least a letter with something past I.Yeah wonderful tip I think a lot people been getting owned with this. I was loading advance machines before IC it was crying. So All I did was rename it. But even sometimes rebooting second time works really strange lol.

Sorry to hijack but I'm hoping for the opposite of the op. Does anyone know a way to disable the ic sounds but leave the vanilla sounds on?

I've used bukkit for a long time for its mod-friendliness.
BTW pulled me back to vanilla server...then along came BC and IC2...
But now almost all of them are bukkit compatible!
Yeah if their was not a bukkit port I would not be here. Well I would but it been 100% with 2-3 my friends. Now I can run a server that sometimes top 30 Online without lag and we have a wonderful community. Would not be here if it was not for bukkit and of course IC

hehe. Air travel will come in overtime that done at a quantum speed or less would cause not to many chunk issues. I guess a rail system at quantum speed would also work. One thing I would love to see is more client side speed boats... Why I said client? Well as far as I can tell the whole damn boat system is 100% server side. You tell the server where you want to go and it sends it back. Really really crappy in SMP not sure what SSP like.
I would love just to see Minecarts at speeds as the suits with a few cool options. Pretty simple too but I guess will have to wait what's in store.
But please please please if you don't have enough SMP testers pick a couple out because I feel SMP gets over looked to much during testing.

Pretty much update right. If you don't update right and login your items will vanish. It means pretty much IC 1.23 not even working right. So revert and do it again!

doubt i will have this kind of problem , i plan massive construction with every possible gowrong thingie in mind(exept new addons coming out, that's why i'll rebuild my whole workshop soon, adv.machines rules
) .. and i use wind

Not going to happen but since were talking here I like report in SMP I have yet to see anything break with any wrench. I have a feeling this is broken in SMP and must be fixed!

Now I know that Bukkit might never be officially supported in anyway possible by the dev team. But I do feel like a lot of people here do use bukkit on larger SMP Servers. I mean the protection the stability and even some of the modification done to bukkit make IC run better. For a large server owner looking for the right protection and etc its a must.
So I really think a bukkit section even with unofficial channel with warning and etc etc would be a wonderful place to start helping each other out offering guides and information without having to depend on another site and loosing some traffic here.

I shall first test with a huge flat panel with solars on, and see if it crashes. I bet it will, but I bet it takes more 3*rt(nsolars) to do it, or close to.(too tired for proper math :()

TBH you should design a test server test world launch jconsole and run say 1000's machines at once. From there you play with the settings and see what effects what.
This will offer you a wonderful idea if its working well or not so well and in what situations.
That would be my advice.
