If you place them parallel, they will both emit 32 EUt, thus you will not loose any energy at all.
However, they won't buffer up energy, and you will be sitting in the dark when it becomes dark (lol).

Deleted the second thread as it's 2times the same error
Your MCForge version is?

Some sort of trigger block will be added.
Cables aren't (and cannot be made) piston-pushable anymore, as they now store TE-Data.

okay, explains why they are so slowly charging. And nother small question: 1 Lava bucket inside the reactor gives about 2000 heat, is that correct?
Exactly :3
-
Btw if we're in the question thread:
Regarding the breeder reactor. If i place 1 uranium cell surrounded by 4 isotop cells, the uranium cell should pulse 5 times/second. Now is the question: Does EACH of the Isotop cell get 5 pulses or does every cell just get the pulse corresponding to it? so 1 or 5 pulses for the reload cycle?
Isotope cells always get 1 pulse per surrounding uranium cell.
Yes, the uranium cell will pulse 5 times... one time into energy, then one time towards each isotope cell.
Valid question, nontheless

Shift-Clicking into GUIs of IC² can cause crashes.
Shift-Clicking can cause crashes on some GUIsits two times in the know bugs thread and i post it anyway
It's fixed for 1.0, though :3

Thanks
I died while wearing rubber boots, when I came back to get my stuff I picked up an unlimited amount of rubber boots.
I wasn't able to reproduce this bug, maybe it is related to the damage value of the boots when you die. Also I died multiple times at the same spot. Could be just a Notch-bug, but maybe it is related to IC². Also I wasn't able to shift-click these boots into a chest (I am using convenient inventory). Dropping only one of these boots and picking it back up resulted also in picking up an infinite amount. Minecraft restart didn't fix it.Did you die by fall damage?
The bug is probably related to some irregular minecraft behavior. If you manage to reduce the stacksize (amount of an item) below 0 (for example by malfunctioning code or rarely by exorbitant damage), the -1 will be interpreted as INT_MAX (which is something about 2.5 millions). The result is, you don't have an infinite stack, but "just" a few fillions of items.
I would recommend flooding the place in lava/fire do destroy the itemstacks and prevent any issues regarding the Time-Space-Dimension. -
1. It does not use any relevant CPU. Seriously, Minecraft is (even if you're entirely idle) constantly re-rendering hundreds of blocks. A single flashing one does not make any real difference.
2. However, it DOES waste energy. The Geo will loose 1 EU, and then power 1 unit lava woth of 10 EU to just refuel this 1 EU. The problem is fixed for 1.0 already, though. -
While shearing up a rubber tree, I noticed the shears do not take damage. As well, You can't extract rubber from the leaves.
1. Do shears cause Rubber Leaves to drop? Didn't test it and didn't assume it was even possible :3
2. Yes, as i assumed rubber leaves are unobtainable, i didn't made them extractable. -
I've meant your MFSU setup.
As stated, the water bug is fixed for the 1.0 release. -
i just found out that the bug with the flowing water makes problems on a non-ic bukkit server too
That doesn't exactly make sense. I've found and fixed the bug within the IC² files.Mind providing some screenshots from your setup?

Amusing :3
Feel free to PM me if you need a new thread opened.

of course i tried it with that too
but it doesn't work -.-
i place it next to a MFSU (but not at the ouput side), then i put a water cell inside (not using tmi for the water cell)
What have i done wrong ?Is the MFSU charged to at least 70%? Otherwise the electrolyzer wont drain power.
-
All bugs you mentioned above are known and fixed (in the next release). Except for people STILL trying to use TMI'd items, which i've already stated to mess up IC code. F.e. instant-refined isotope cells.

I Seem to found a cable bug
I made a 5x5 Cable Grid put a MFU as the centre / put solar panels on top
I was Upgrading the Grid to 7x7 and noice that the cables were Lagging out when being placed then on the last one it LAGGED and Locked up minecraft
Jup, creating vast cable grids overloads the energy-engine. Because you create BILLIONS of possible path's.
Should probably mention this in the known bugs. -
But you posted the recipe collection where the artificial glowstone as well as the gunpowder is mentioned....
Btw, is a Iridium recipe already included?
Dunno.... feel free to remove them again
Yes, it is :3

Je, the issue is, Buildcraft pipes ALWAYS adress the slots 0, 1, 2.
I could provide you the possibility to adress both inputs... but then you wouldn't have access to the outputs anymore > pointless. Same applies vice versa.
The 1 input + fuel + 1 output is the only useful solution. However, i already bugged SpaceToad about this and proposed implementation of a really simple Interface (API) for this purpouse. Shouldn't take him much effort, but would any modder give the ability to specify how pipes interact with his machines :3

Nanosuit is meant to work, too, but was forgotten as well
it's already added for the next release, though.
