    23-pages of fantastic Fantasy.

A story about slavery, a very special bond between two lives and the beginning of a potential legend.

Can gladly state this story to be child-safe... sort of. No mature content or gore, at all.
And barely any action, either. This is a story of emotions, dialogues and cunning wordfights.

To read or to read twice, that's the question.

23 pages of sticky, tasty... Uhm.. wait...
23 pages of fine, fantastic fantasy, written across 3 evenings/nights.
Meant to be a short story, turned out to be a middle story :O I mean, it's > 10 pages.

However, the probably best part of it, OMG, nothing in here!
The story is free of any real mature content and actually even contains less violence then any of my recent storys. Which should probably make me reconsider why my other storys always tend up to be gory o.o

Story struct is simple, except for the prologue it's chonologically ordered, though there are vast jumps between single chapters, ranging from hours to years. But it's always possible to figure out when's when. I hope...

Oh yes, do you remember the good ol' times where people actually had to shuffle around files, copying them into per-readme-mentioned locations, and regulary kept eating up their jar?
    Good times...

But yeah, the API will probably just add some pretty basic functions. Of course, a full import of MCF into vanilla would be extremely awesome... but that's unlikely to happen.
And even then, with MC's update "speed" there would still be a continous need for a community-based platform.
Though, the more features vanilla incorporates from forge, the less work for our modding devs :3

You can't trample vanilla crops unless you jump up and down on them. Walking on crops hasn't destroyed them for several versions of Minecraft.

Didn't object to that, did I?

I merely said if we disable any trampling mechanics within the IC-crop, it will cause them to behave exactly like vanilla farmland, since those will still be subject to trampling and destroy the IC-crops above them upon changing to dirt.

Might require a somewhat minor rewrite, but if the machine system behaved like the nuclear reactor system, players would just have to build the machine components (gears, grinders, electric units, etc.) and place them into the machine block to build their machine. Those machine components could wear down as the machine is used, and eventually need replacing with "spares". Seems extremely balanced, and Ilove the idea of one machine design being more efficent than another design.

Normal machine block should probably have a 5x5 grid, while the advanced machine block, with its stronger, thinner hull, can have a 10x10 grid. Placing machine blocks together could incrteas the size of the grid, allowing the construction of macerator-electric furnace combos.

Ow freaking hell yeah... This would be utterly awesome.
But I think that would take QUITE some vast amount to rewrite... probably for IC³ or something, if I ever get loads of free time again.

Be warned! The following spoiler contains my own insights and thoughts about the story and are meant to be read AFTER the story. It possibly contains spoilers.<<< Crappy wordpun

    10-pages short-story of sinister nature.

Be advised the story contains slight gore, as well as tragic elements, which could cause more sentimental beings to become depressed or even burst into tears. Read on own danger.

As well, please feel free to comment on these specific way of telling a story. A mix of present and several flashbacks, effectively making the story somewhat more complicated to understand. I considered it an interesting change for once.

I would possibly consider to somewhen at a machine capable of raising the stats at the cost of n³ * 1kk EU up to a fixed value... f.e. 8 or 16 or something.
This way you could boost your plants to useful values (if you got the necessary Nuclear Reactors) without being able to create perfect plants without devotion.

Unless I'm mistaken, the console is telling you "OMG, somebody is abusing the energynet in unintended ways, i dislike that."
From your description, this doesn't appear to cause any actual issues overall'? Are all machines still running properly?

We will potentially have to remove the errorprint or refine it into something less spacy. But as long as everything keeps working, it's at least no critical issue.
