As i've mentioned already, if you rather want the team, which actually has a RL to some degree and can't spend their whole time on developing, fixing and testing IC², to test every single method and possibility and in redo release every version with a delay of one month and more, just note it.

NanoSaber is intentionnaly not onehitting casual mobs. However, if you fight against anything with more then 10 hearts, you will easyly spot it deals more damage then chainsaw.
In either case, the NanoSabers original use is to make PvP fights possible again. Even with chainsaw it took ages to take down somebody in a full Nano/Quantum Suit.
The NanoSaber deal extreme bonus damage on people wearing these suits. Somewhat about ~30 hearts if i'm not mistaken. -
IndustrialCraft was meant as an industrial mod.
In real industry, you quite never move machines or factory. You actually carry all components to the location and assemble the machine right there.
Originally, in the early IC1, players couldn't remove machines without "loosing" them at all.
Upon quite frequent popular demand i've agreed on adding a special tool, capable of removing the machines without destroying them, to some degree. However, the concenpt of "machines are meant to be immobile" remains and as such the chance for wrenches to fail will not be removed.
The only exception are machines MEANT to be moved frequently. Most trivial case is the miner. For these sort of machines wrenches will work to 100%.

Luminators are coded but inoperable due to an annoying limitation in the MCEngine. We requested MCForge to add a fix, appears it got dropped somewhere, probably i should poke Spacetoad again.

The bug is fixed in 1.23.

supllied CF sprayer doesn't seem to be possible to recharge once fully decharged
:3 TMI'd items rock... not.
-
I don't see why it's so hard to move three blocks around :O
-
Not much we can do about it. The Block is even marked as unbrakeable in the code, if mods prefer ignoring this fact, there's nothing we can do about it.
-
Apparently this the same bug as the legs bug even though different mechanics being used at the time and that the batpack works fine with drills and etc. Anyways Please actually test SMP this time before providing us updates.
Sorry for providing updates as soon as possible.
For the next release we will take one extra month of testing, if that's what the community prefers :3 I think noone will have any issues with being teased for one more month, if we fix those incredible gamebreaking visual bugs in redo. -
Would you rather prefer the crystal to discharge by 0.01% (f.e. 100 EU) to fill a storage block from 599999to 600000? :3
Its intended. Not neat, but intended. -

I don't really consider this a game breaking bug, maybe only the moved too fast. I just love that you can cover wide distances with this, you still need to dig the tunnels before going at lightspeed, so I see it as a kind of Tier2 minecart^^
There will be more appropriate industrial travel options in the future, next to the ueber expensive (will be reworked in that way) QS and the buggy Teleporters...

Nameyour mainfile it something with mod_Z[name]
Or at least a letter with something past I. -
This issue is known and related to some... inconveniences in 1.8's chunk loading behavior.
We exspect this to be fixed by Mojang in 1.9. Otherwise we will have to code a fix for that version later on. -
I see, the low ammo count could pose a problem.
Afaik i've got two options now:
1. CF Batpack
2. Increasing the amoung of spray a sprayer can holdIn case of 1 we got two choices of how to load the batpack:
1. Canner (some new code ned)
2. by crafting (hundreds of recipes ned >.>Guess i will have to go for 1-1, damn crafting system.

Nope, the breaking chance is a fully intended game concept to make moving around unprofitable.

Build a 3 high ceiling or platform or anything that is 3 high. Then go quantum speed and bounce between the floor and the 3 high ceiling and you will actually start going to warp!
Ah, the speedtunneling bug. Yes it's an issue related to the fact people wanted to have sped-up jumps
Guess i've gotta rework the code there.
