Ah, well I have been very evil... My reactors are built using Bedrock, cannot have that destroyed by Al, might pose a threat to finding the "Void".
That is, if you do not mind MCEditing or cheating, if you do, well you can quarry out the bedrock and try slipping a reactor in under the rocks down there that Notch have planted for you and use those, that also works to some degree.How is that quarry supposed to remove the bedrock?

Glassfiber can only hold 512 eu packets max but even then its 4 times better than insulated hv cables. I dont use hv cables anymore its all glassfiber since i got several stacks of diamonds.

Once again, if you're getting an equivalent efficiency of 25 out of a 9000 heat breeder, there's something seriously wrong with your setup. You *should* be exceeding 30.4 with a properly designed breeder.I didnt do any maths i just made a rough approximation

I got a automated reinforced stone factory :). All i have to do is dump the resources from my quarries in it.

Without containment chamber a bucket CASUC reactor is really really small. We only need 2 bucket fillers to achieve 2500 cooling per tick.
Where do you get all the redstone needed to make obsidian btw?

I use a mini solar farm to keep my machines running. I think total of 100 solars for all my machines. Most of it going into my epic scrap factory (1 scrap each second or so :)).
Through eu hungry stuff like the mass fab are supplied tons of eu with my CASUC reactor. Solars/windgens just dont make enough eu for that.

Using a 9000 heat breeder will raise the eff by alot. You only need a few uranium ore then to keep it running. Eff will be like 25 or so XD

This is ugly, but the total heating is 192 and the total cooling is 48. 192/4 = 48.

Design specs match the initial post. I recommend exploring designs that use 3x2 cells though, as they're slightly more uranium efficient. If you're using redpower2 you may as well go for a CASUC/CARUC solution instead.

Still 25 eff should be reasonable achievable so 4 ore for 100 mil eu doesnt sound that bad

what it takes contain NUKE. i builded 33x33x33 cube of reinforced stone. it blasted away around 10 layers for sure. and even with this monstrous it managed escape here and there.
Thats with a custom blast strenght.
