Use HV wires and EV current for cheap but higher losses eu transport and glassfiber and HV current for expensive but alot less losses eu transport.

Miner? Why so complicated. With redpower you make a eu free cobblestone generator and with only IC2 you can make a cactus farm. Yes the recyclers will use up some energy but it will still be like 3x eff than just without scrap. So eff needed before you get any surplus eu would be ~2 which is easily achievable. My CASUC reactor alone as over 4 eff ad in a breeder and effective eff will be over 7 eff.

Depends glassfiber is more expensive through if you got a advanced world it wont be any problem.

if i remember correct you needed 6 uum to make 1 uranium ore, aka efficiency of 6.
Wrong eff of 1,5 in best case since it cost 250000 eu to make 1 uu.

And thats why this is the best 2eff mk1 reactor you can get. Low investment cost, highest eu/cost, decent eff, 100% safe it got it all.

Just make sure you need to have atleast 3-4 eff before you would get any surplus energy from this. That way you need a breeder or high eff reactor to get surplus eu from mass fab uranium ore.

Better make panels a hell lot more expensive and let them output more should reduce lag alot.
To ad something to my idea:
Make sure you can upgrade your generators to a next tier. This next tier will produce double eu but will cost roughly triple the cost. If this is done you wont have to spam 2000 solars to get your eu. Just some tier 4 solars would be enough. Will fix the lag while adding something to the mod. -
Wait you use uninsulated wires? Putting max isolation could fix alot of the losses you are getting and it will be alot safer too.
Btw since its 100-150 distance why not put some solars next to the miners? Would save you the cost of the wires and litte to zero losses.

Very cheap 2 eff 20 eu/tick. In terms of output/cost it beats other reactors easily except my CASUC reactor easily. Unless you want higher eff there is no reason to use other designs.

Dont use TMIed stuff to proof something is op. Unless you play with alot of ppl/use op mods you cannot make 2000 solars. Do you guys even realise the resource costs of 2000 solars?

in a breeder you can make 8 uranium cells, and if placed in a reactor that is 8 mill for 1 uranium = 8 uum
or is placed in a reactor with 2x eff that give 16 mill UETry making 8 uranium cells out of 1 uranium ore its impossible. Best you can do is come close to that with tons of babysitting.

Well my reactor with the detector block didnt exploded yet. It has run for several days now so i guess you can call it safe now
