use MobilePump addon, add tool that allows you to fill a cell with a rightclick using small amount of energy ( stack per 10k EU from BC tank, dont know how much from water source)
for automated way there's already pumps in IC (no to mention weird scheme of BC pumps, autocrafts and bukitfiller)
i approve change to non-pushable, but just for industrial freaks IC could have setting for it

uranium can be found on sea level, what are you talking about?
also there's plenty of tin starting from level 40 on my map at least (generated on 1.15, doubt somthing changed)

actually i like this feature 
for higher-tech storing device why not use UU-Matter based storage encased in iridium? (and also use MassFab or some minor modification of it or addition to MFSU like Electrolyzer for (de)charging them) with capacity like 5 mil, but REALLY fast charge/discharge ( 1 mil per 5 sec probly fast enough)
would give UUM and IP new and awesome uses!
clay is also used in bricks (duh) and new awesome costruction foam, and you need pretty much of it for both
so i think it is already valuable ( sure move valuable than copper atm 
)

i made the same thing with IC when i got error with advanced machines
just checked, re-generated map i currently use (initial spawn is on top of rubber tree )
trees there, also checked the canyon which have loads of goodies - still there as well as average-sized oil geizer
vanilla server, SimpleServer wrapper, buttload of mods , everything works
would be nice to have more realistic solar power

solar isnt OP, if you payed attention , windfarms are way more OP than solars
wind can make 3EU/s top when solar makes only 0.5EU/s
and nevermind what some individuals say, when placed on top of the mountain they are actually bright up the space
watermills are terribly underpowered, they should do at least the same as solars
geos are okay
nukes are fine too, stable setups give plenty of energy , CASUC reactors have EU/space taken advantage

the suit is easy to make
2-3 quick mining runs equals working windfarm , few more - MFSU and matter thingie(if your primary target is suit, then may even skip MFSU part, so it's bout 2-3 runs more, maybe less.. me and my buddy got it all working from 3 runs)
and then it's just a matter of time until you get the suit
and it is OP, running should be limited to like 300 seconds tops
since it's open for new ideas here mine
instead of a block that does everything make a "kit" than unpacks itself of rightclick to a separate chest+miner+powersource
and then this kit can be tiered not a single block. makes more sense to me than this uberblock idea
also would be neat if it deployed a small tent (made of wool maybe) covering the whole thing
i support the idea of it ignoring distance, we already have distance-based TP
plus what if you wander too far away and then want to go home?
also i have a suggestion for fail-safe activation
just use M key to switch it on like you change modes on laser, that should be fast enough to escape certain death yet safe enough not to trigger it accidentally
also why energy? why not make it eat uranium?
for recipes: top one uranium version, bottom - electric (varieties are always good)
uranium one eats up 2 uranium/uranium ingots/cells dunno what's more balanced, basically it's relatively low-tech version of electric one, no need for massive power plants neither it requires alot of diamonds, and as a tradeoff - it's energy conversion rate is worse than average MK1 reactor
maybe also require a warmup of a device, dunno
