You could use SDK's Guns mod, if you want guns.

To post your tutorial, you have to do only less things.

Industrial Rage is a brand new server that is the first and best server that supports IndustrialCraft SMP! It is run by the same owner of Endless Rage minecraft server and hopefully once mod api comes out, the servers will be linked by portals/merged. The server is paid for monthly and donations will be appreciated to keep the server going. Server is completely fresh, using a fresh world with the ores in it, need to begin building a new spawn area! PvP is off. Fun fact, the server was maxing out at 50 users all day on the first day, causing our old host to turn off the server and refund the money because it was about to crash the entire node. Server is located on a new server now though. We are pay to play because of grievers getting out of hand. We can not install any protection mods as they don't work with IC. The server is expensive to run so this also helps keep things running smooth. I will consider opening it back up once there is a method of protecting people on the server. Enjoy the #1 IC minecraft server approved by Alblaka and CocoSmackdown. We have 15-35 people online at all times so don't worry about joining a dead server, this one is very much alive with NEVER being empty. Improved pickaxe is turned on. We have McMyAdmin for 30 minute map saves, 3 hour backups and daily restart in the morning at 4:00am Central Time (CST). Server also comes with Runecraft.

Rules

1. Do not grief! If you are suspected of it, be worried of a ban.
2. Our voice service is free to use only when playing with us.
3. Use common sense!
4. No BS, I will ban if you break any rules or do anything that you know you shouldn't be doing. (I'm a nice guy, promise)
5. Be friendly in game and in voice chat.
6. Do not use hacks/flymods! If you are even SUSPECTED of using any, you will be banned no question.
7. Try to build with the town spirit, working together to build massive creations with IndustrialCraft.

Disclaimer!

This mod is still in very early release for SMP and minecraft itself still has bugs and memory leaks. So bugs and errors may happen that are out of my or Al's control. We will do our best to make sure though everything runs as smooth as possible. Complaining about it will not fix it nor can I magically come up with a fix. That is something Al will have to figure out and fix.

Also, if the server does decide to crash and reboot, items lost will NOT be replaced. I don't have control over it and replacing the server isn't practical. What you can do is relog every so often to save your inventory. The mcmyadmin saves every 30 minutes with 3 hour backups of the map so you should be covered there.

If you fail and get a black screen, try a fresh jar file and turning on the game after each step and then installing the next.

Since the terraformer doesn't affect the Biome's weather I was thinking of a Weather Control Device (maybe another terraformer blue print?)
It can alter the weather in a Biome effectively changing it from or to desert/forest/snow and/or controlling when the weather occurs even making it constantly rain/snow/thunder (the second part is probably much more feasible).
I would think it would look like an antenna or radio tower-ish. If not then a blue print for the terraformer that alters the weather pattern or invokes the weather.

I think we need a new tool(`s) that would make a temporary Light source.
You can carry it in your Hands or on your Haed.It would

So I was sitting in Nether and noticed that there are no effective nature using generators (only windmill, but placing it is extremelly dangerous). So, why not make Nether challenge more usefull?
First, add ability to craft the Nether industry block(combine netherrack and refined iron bar).
Then, add the special nether generator that must be placed in lava (deeper is better. More lava blocks surrounding it is better). Also, the second nether generator that burns netherrack and makes power.
And if possible, the transmitter that moves energy from the earth world to nether through some secret stuff. (Note: All those blocks will have nether undustry block in the recepie)

I rather like the concept of Industrial materials, and noticed plastic based constructions weren't in here.
You could use bio/coal based fuel (clumpy?) and perhaps the compressor to start the process, probably a plastic lump/ball to be melted or pressed into sheets (8-9 sheets to a block?).
I wont go into detail about the uses of plastic, because there is quite a few possibilities.
