Seriously, try reading. This has been posted at least 3 times (with a fix) in the past day.

The whole server-side sounds thing is one of the silliest things I've ever heard x.x Why on earth should the server tell the client when to play sounds when the client can figure it out itself? Things like footsteps and machine sounds DO NOT need to be synchronized between all clients (and network latency would screw this up syncing sounds via the server anyway...) It's just a waste of bandwidth.[/rant]

Just make sure to look around next time. You don't wanna be impaled on one of Greg's lightning rods

actually this bug for good and balance, placing 4 single cells will provide 4 times more energy then single 4x cell.
I would call that more of a major nerf than balance -

4096 is out of range. 0 to 4095 are valid IDs, as long as they aren't occupied by other blocks.

I've gotten in contact with Kinniken regarding making a custom culture for this. I'll post back when I have some info.

Maybe a programmable musicbox?

Quantum leggings don't seem to use energy when running, except when running in water.

This isn't an IC2 bug, it's a bug with the way Minecraft detects input. When you alt+tab the alt button will get stuck.

try adding more ram to the server i hade that bug once now i run my server with 8 giges of ram to solve that... and look at the amount of bandwith you have running to the server.. i have 6 people on my server with 40/40 meg a sec and we dont lag.. good luck
I have my server running on a Linode dedicated host I wasn't using for anything else. I only have 768 megs of ram dedicated to it and it works fine with 10 people playing. -
Turn off multi-threaded chunk loading.

Chestplate as the battery for the rest of the suit? I almost never have the chest plate equipped because I'm using my lappack. It would be awful if your entire suit shut down just because you equipped a different chest piece.

Do you have any complicated redstone circuits or anything like that controlling the reactor? I've never seen this issue on my server. We have quite a few reactors.
