I've noticed a few people using snow golems for harvesting snow. I tried this a little while ago using a block breaker but I don't get snowballs or anything from it. Any suggestions?

I don't think so, MJEvans. I've had this happen to me quite a few times and I never let my q-suit hit empty

They're cheap as dirt and because of that I think they're pretty great. Consider that you can have 4 electrolyzers hooked up to an MFE/MFSU without blocking input/output. That's almost 3.5 million EU that you can store up. (13 500 per cell * 64 per electrolyzers * 4 electrolyzers = 3 456 000)

I think glass panes may have been added to the no scrap list. not certain about that though.
As of 1.43, glass panes can still be scrapped at a good rate

This has also happened to me several times while alone on my server (the one time I remember explicitly what I was doing, I was just killing mobs with a chainsaw while wearing the helmet/legs/boots)
-
Regarding question two, are you playing on SMP? Resin holes don't usually update until you log out of the server and back in. This happens especially when other people tap the trees.
-
Thanks for the quick fix. You guys are awesome. It all seems to be working well in SMP.
-
The mod works not on my server, I can't open the machines
I'm having the same problem. I can't open any of the advanced machines in SMP

For the record, since I don't see these mentioned anywhere else:
Shift-clicking from a macerator/extractor (and I'd assume others, I don't have anything else made yet) causes the server to crash with the following exception.
Code
Display Morejava.lang.NoSuchMethodError: ic2.common.ContainerIC2.a(Lhm;IIZ)Z at ic2.common.ContainerIC2.transferToSlots(ContainerIC2.java:108) at ic2.common.ContainerIC2.a(ContainerIC2.java:61) at df.a(SourceFile:108) at iw.a(NetServerHandler.java:603) at my.a(SourceFile:28) at ma.b(SourceFile:272) at iw.a(NetServerHandler.java:45) at dr.a(SourceFile:108) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.h(MinecraftServer.java:369) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(MinecraftServer.java:287) at ce.run(SourceFile:417) 2011-12-11 19:08:45 [SEVERE] Unexpected exception java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: ic2.common.ContainerIC2.a(Lhm;IIZ)Z at ic2.common.ContainerIC2.transferToSlots(ContainerIC2.java:108) at ic2.common.ContainerIC2.a(ContainerIC2.java:61) at df.a(SourceFile:108) at iw.a(NetServerHandler.java:603) at my.a(SourceFile:28) at ma.b(SourceFile:272) at iw.a(NetServerHandler.java:45) at dr.a(SourceFile:108) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.h(MinecraftServer.java:369) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(MinecraftServer.java:287) at ce.run(SourceFile:417)
This may be because I have all of BuildCraft 2.2.5 and RedPower 2.0pr3b installed, but probably not considering IC2's colourful history with shift-clicking. I'd test out other machines/without other mods but I don't have time right now. Anyone else notice this?

Just wondering
but how is it incompatible with Rei's minimap? It works fine
-
I'd wait till the void gen is finished to use it since you'd be just as well off with a few solar panels (and a lot richer haha)
F4113nb34st: I'm not insulting you or your code. I'm a programmer too, just asking questions. I know all about bugs :p
-
Looks like it, close to 5 hours later the PESU is about 1/50th of the way filled
-
I have my void generator sitting on top of the first layer of bedrock and I'm only getting ~1000 EU every 15 seconds or so, which would be about 16000 every 4 minutes. The info says it should be producing 51600 every 4 minutes if I recall correctly? *le confused*
Edit: This would mean I'm getting about 67 EU/s which means a meager 3.33 EU/t. Barely more than 3 solar panels? Am I missing something or is this a bug?
Edit again: I have 9 of these now on layer 0 (as close to the void as possible) pumping directly into a PESU and it's taking a loooooooooooooooooong time to fill it up... -
I have no other mods.
I have tryed every way i could have thought of including sideways and seeing if mixing dusts still no luck i wish.
I wish i could just ignore it but seeing as it is required for the advanced machine it kepps bothering me.
I noticed that you said dusts. Are you trying to craft it using dusts? It should be done with ingots. 3 refined iron on the top, 3 bronze (not copper) in the middle, and 3 tin on the bottom.

Same error for me. Windows 8 x64 with Java 6.29.

I believe that error report is just because you typed in the wrong path to your MC binaries. Try with a backslash before the asterisk.
