How to build fusion reactor?
I just started on working on documentation, so there is no up to date wiki for the GT5U fusion reactor, but:
Use the http://ftb.gamepedia.com/Fusion_Reactor_(GregTech) and http://ftbwiki.org/Fusion_Reactor_Mk2_(GregTech) for GT4.
Instead of fusion coils and advanced machine casings use the blocks discribed in the fusion computer tooltip.
replace energy injectors with energy hatches,
material injectors with input hatches and
material extractos with output hatches.
Hmm, permissions seems like a good guess That might also happen with Aroma backup.
1. You can also use hot mox in a fluid reactor. That gives you even more output.
2. With the current GT, it is really difficult to get U235, so uranium rods are no real option. You only use Mox. The only decisions currently are: Cold or hot reactor? EU or Fluid Reactor.
3. I can't change any IC2 reactor calcuations. Only the uranium spawning in the world can be rebalanced.

Doesn't forge auto generate a backup when loading a world with missing items/blocks?
I'm currently compiling against IC2 715. But i know of no reason any other should not work.
Are you using the RF support or processing arrays?
BloodAsp, what would be your recommendation for a GT5U version to use for a server.
Would you suggest using 5.08.18? or wait for a later release?
All the low tech stuff runns fine. Some of my new lategame machines have still some bugs, but nothing gamebreaking. So if you make a modpack, just use the corrent version and update every 2-4 weeks.

My expirience with the blacklist was, that everytime i found something cheap to recycle, next update greg blacklisted it. Well, he visited my base on Kirara a few times...
Everything that can be made from cobble is blacklisted. Also all tiny piles. Wood covers and some more. For the full Blacklist i have to look into the code.

One of the best points about invultris mainpost was the colorcoding and that it included all important links.

The server is open for everyone? I missed that Info. I only gathered trough context that it is online in the first place. A few days ago you said something about the 10th...
The infos are spread too far. Some in the op, some in updatepost that fast disappear somewere in the thread , then the spreadsheet i cant find the link to anymore and lastly some informations only shared in the IRC...
I can second the impression that the planning or the information about it is a bit messy. At last compared with how invultri managed it. That does not mean the result will be bad, but it creates at last some worry.
I had something similliar only a month back. That was a broken Minetweaker recipe that randomly removed recipes. So there were more missing, but the wood got noticed first.
Just had another idea for the town. How about a blackboard? A wall in the tow where everyone can place signs with puplic informations? Like: "searching team", "visit my base at xyz", "buy x" "sell y"?
Is that an RF to EU or EU to RF converter... Or both ? O.o xD
EDIT : Wait, you made GT Eu cables into universal power cables like mekanism O.o
Jep, GT Cables can power machines with RF.
To turn RF into GT EU you need a RF storage next to an GT Transformer like with IC2 EU/GT EU changing. The transformer uses a pull mechanic to get the RF and not all mods have implemented them. For example EnderIO does not work.
Is there something i'm doing wrong that is causing my game to lag out when combining these two mods? I'm using forge 1291 because Optifine 1.7.10 says it is compatible with 1291, and i'm running a host of other mods, but the problem arises when i have gregtech (your gregtech port) and thermal expansion running at the same time. When the game crashes there isn't any crash log either, it just says "Game running 3171 ms behind server shut down" or something like that. Help?
I do not know about any problems with TE. Did it run before with the old GT? Did you anything else update? Anything that leads you to say it is a GT problem? So far it does not sound like GT is the reason. Even trough your logs have no crash, i still need them to have at last a chance to find the reason 'if' it is a GT problem.
When and how much pregen will be done? Pregenning K1 10000 block in each direction took days. Also the player limit back then was about 12 logged in at the same time before slowdown. 20 and above became annoying. With K2 we had at peak times up to 30 online at the same time.
Opening K3 was not really nesseary anymore in my opinion and only split the players too much. I hope we can avoid splitting this time.
800L/sec hotcoolan should be the max i got from one so far. So 5 Reactors for constant superheated steam production.
It uses up to 8000L/sec HotCoolant or 2000L/sec Lava.
1 L hotcoolant turns in 20L steam. 1L Lava into 80L steam. Once half of the max is reached, it outputs half the Amount of superheated steam.
Also it starts slow and heats up within 500 ticks. There is no minimum amount of hotcoolant or lava.
Not sure all numbers as i'm at work.
