Yeah, except that heat bonus is heat percentage based. Now that reactors dont cool themselves with air, it is easy to keep the heat.

Actually, we do use them as catalysts, but after use they become rather impure and the recycling process is sometimes way more expensive than the production one. Hence why we sometimes dump them. IMO, we should get some kind of impure catalyst that requires a lot of centrifuging, washing and electrolyzing to recycle.


For example, the first step (washing) yields about 30% of the catalyst back. Then, the second ([thermal] centrifuging) yields 20% more. After that the last step (electrolyzing) yields the 50% left.


More steps can be added, like a chemical reaction. however we should always be able to fully recycle (get 100% back) the catalysts, at the price of lots of EU and time.


It will be up to the player to either recycle or mine more. Also, the impure catalysts (the crude form before any recycle process) can be stored as liquids, for later usage.

GT adds oil aswell (from soulsand), and since plastic (and all polymers) are very industrial, it would be a nice addon for it.

Uh, its a bit silly that moderators cant revogate bans from themselves. Thats why i avoid playing with the banhammer. I wouldnt like anyone haunting me for accidentally banning him/her.

Imer/Player, i suppose there is a higher level of moderation, can i has it?

I'm probably not the one to say this, but IC2 still has its developers and you should leave this job for them, unless it is solely for personal use.
