It's a server side bug, that I saw once on Solar Pannels. I thought it had been fixed though.
It is, we are at 1.5.2, while he is at 1.4.7.

Suggestion :
New turbine, Gold turbine, 50% eff - doesn't need maintenance since it is oxidization proof.
Allow Drain covers to collect "Rainwater" (Different from normal water) at a rate of 50 mB/t , which can be used on water turbines.
Water turbines are similar to steam/gas turbines, but except that it only accepts rainwater from above, and outputs normal water on bottom.
Ratio would be 50mB of rainwater = 10 EU (for 100% efficiency). Thus 10 EU/t for every machine box collecting water during rain.
Rainwater can be stored as a liquid inside tanks for later usage, just like IRL.
This is not as close as reality, but at least has the same principle of generating energy from water from rain.
Question, can several machine boxes be linked together, to transfer liquids, with pump modules, with it also conducting energy (through the output side) ?
... Thats why i wish i had janitor power over the whole forum!
So i could at least lock his threads (and maybe ban?).
Just saying that alblaka is not the only IC² developer.
RichardG and Player are keeping it alive and updating it, but dont expect new features anytime soon.
Uh, greg, did you ever consider joining IC² development? So one day i can dream IC² and GT will be only one...
Those seeking power over others should never receive it. For they are unworthy of it
Who is never seeking for power, at all?
I just want to organize this forum =) , to prevent misthreads like this one and protect people from spambots.
I already did, for capes, but greg is not willing to add a special one to me anytime soon, i think.
He talk about Nd2Fe14B. I thought about it too, guess it is something like:
64x Dirt -> Tiny pile of neodymium dust
4x Tiny pile of neodymium dust -> Neodymium dust
Neodymium dust + 14x Iron Dust + Boron Dust -> 16x Neodymium magnetHowever I'm not sure what crafting process to choose, and there is also Boron.
Boron could be extracted from water deposits in deserts or close to volcanos (high concentration of acids/minerals).
A special "Water Boiler", that produces different stuff depending on which biome it is (Since water has different composition depending where it is).
Deserts/Volcano biomes [Hell/Redrock] would produce borax (Na2B4O7to be further electrolyzed into elemental boron, sodium and oxygen)
Oceans would produce Salt (NaCl , to be either further electrolyzed into elemental sodium and chloride or used into molten salt stuff)
I would rather like them to give Greg the power to edit posts
!
How about both me and him?
We are "exemplar" users, that has been here for over a year and since IC² started (at least for me, i've played since IC1 for beta 1.5_01 or something like).
Too OP. Get some renewable energy sources or nuclear and fusion reactors and you pretty much have infinite power and whatever item you want.
True, unless you have GT =)
This either goes to suggestion or GregTech, which in both cases would be denied =)
IC² : Tier 4+ (AESU) is denied
GT : Cheap stuff is denied.
Nope, but there are addons that adds higher tier reactors, allowing much greater generation.
[Addon v1.115.348] Advanced Reactors alpha 8 - the noisy update
@Anyone that has power over forum : You guys have to do something about users being able to create threads on addon section (and increase my janitor power to cover the whole forum if possible).
Another definition of Overpowered :
You can obtain the same or even better achievement several times easier/faster by doing a "trick".
Most 1.5.1 mods are compatible with 1.5.2, just install it with 1.5.2
Note: I should apologies, but when I made my last post I was half asleep and typing on a phone's touch screen that spell checked. It was meant to be Tinker's, not Yonkers, I have no idea why it did that
Maybe the fact that the letter "T" is right next to the "Y", alongside phone autocorrect.
I see gregtech for 1.5.1 but not for 1.5.2 :s
Sorry....may be i don't konw read :s
Its compatible with both 1.5.1 and 1.5.2, greg always make them as much downward compatible as possible.
