    Your setup can be improved, by making each tower have only 2 water mills. Then more watermills can be fit inside. Want me to show?

    Automation of both crops and "beer" its denied because al only consider those as side task you do when you have nothing better to do.

    Trampling have been even in vainilla crop, the only way to walk over those is by crouching/sneaking.

    I think crops have a grow score to make them faster or slower. Also nutrition of crops and some other factors may apply.

    About bugs, there is a beta 1.107? in the support section so 1.106 bugs may have been fixed already or not.

    And its closed source so far, may or may not change in the future.

    1 : Surely denied, but not impossible. Forestry has a plugin to autoharvest IC² crops, thaumcraft seals DO affect IC² crops (insta-growth/harvest ... OP).
    2 : Trampling is supposed to be removed, however due a bug, even if you fall 1/16 block height [farmland is 15/16 block] it still counts as "jump" on the cropblock and it gets destroyed.
    3 : it has a score, which is % to grow on next random update. % of advancing a stage increases over time, nutrition/air/hydration/biome/stats probably affects this.
    4 : there is a beta 1.108 for MC 1.4.2 already, go to support section FenixR =D.
    6-1 : Probably not changing, as alblaka really likes IC² and is proud of it.

    wel, if you want to do this you should take an look into GregoriusT his add on, it has an config where u can set cost 100x higher or 100x lower.

    Its config allows to change UU matter cost in its matter fabricator ("upgrade" of mass fabricator, which DO require scrap/amplifier to work.)
    Default is 16.666.666 EU (100x higher than normal [166.666]). You can set the value to anything you desire.

    Queue slots : Slow grinder from Adv Generators addon (Fallenbeast) , not that IC² core shouldn't have something like.

    I think recyclers need a small rework.
    Adding +3 input slots , making 1 to 4 items be used in each operation, 1 item has 12.5% chance to produce scrap, 2 has 25%, 3 has 37.5% , 4 has 50%.
    But to do so all items should be different. If two input slots has same item, it only consumes one item from one input slot.
    Player must recycle 4 different items to achieve 50% scrap chance. Automation notes: Items input at sides, items output at top, battery in/output at bottom.

    Compared to all the EU needed to make the ingrediants for the fusion reactor, just how much 'profit' does it put out after costs?

    4098 EU/t as long you keep it filled with easy-to-obtain fuel (D/T-Cells) [One D and T-Cell produces 1049088 EU when fused together in reactor], after 40 D/T-cells it pays off initial cost and you can keep producing energy until you run out of fusionable material. Set up a big electrolyzer/centrifuge/fusion reactor automation thingy and you are done.

    I think you misunderstood me.
    My fusion reactor is running fine and working fine but it fills up the INTERNAL storage of the Fusion Reactor with EU faster than it sends power OUT of the fusion reactor. That means that after a little less than 2 stacks of D/T Cells it's full and i have to take out the cells and wait for it to empty hence loosing 40 million EU in the process.
    To summon up: Reactor working. Reactor makes MORE power than it sends out thru the two output sides. In the end making it impossible to "burn" more than 2 stacks of T cells and 2 stacks of D cells because the storage fills up.
