I'd say that it's more of a "Use this in creative mode to save a lot of time" item for building an amazing city or something.

    Something like.
Anyway, there is no need to revive this thread. [This post had no replies since September 14th]

Topic : Way overpowered. You suggested something that is near to creative.
What would be the point of making generators, wiring and transformers if one item substitutes them all.
Endgame (in my opinion) = having a fully automatizated base that automatically produces, processes and generates enough energy to keep itself.
    Tier IV+ : Addons

Come on end-game objective is up to you, this is minecraft. This is a sandbox game. Think something which would need insane work\resources and try it.

Best scheme is third one, which directly connects wind towers into storage mfsus. There is a very little loss (about 4 to 6 EU every 512 EU produced)

It is the most lag-freer one.

My suggestion is to do the following :

    Energy generation:Wind Mill::Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::MFS-Unit:MFSUs storage:Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Electric Furnace::Extractor::Compressor::Macerator:
    --------------------------------:Glass Fibre:
    --------------------------------:Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Glass Fibre::Recycler: Mass fabricator

Whenever MFSUs are full, mass fabricator will run at full speed.
If mfsus aren't full they will request almost all energy generated.

    About upping bronze recipe :
There aren't many reasons to do so (if you consider only IC²).
It is (mostly) used for crafting Advanced alloy plates, IC² recipe provides enough (and balanced) bronze for it.

    About forestry :
Its recipe is "upper" than IC² ones maybe since its machines uses lots of it.

    Adv Machines (atomicstryker) :
Rotary Macerator has the ability to turn 4 copper ore + 1 tin ingot into 8 bronze dusts.
Use this if you really want lots of bronze.

Erm now im a bit confused. I managed it to replace the Ores with Stone but now all my Monazit (the ore from MFFS-Mod) turned into nukes. i checked the IDs, in Minecraft the nuke has 237 and the monazit something by 4000 in MCedit the ore gets converted to nukes directly when i open the level. quite strange. any idea why?

also all my iron chests turned into apatite ore 8|

I think it is something related to 4096 ID forge fix, as MCedit might not support 4096 block IDs.

    To do your task :

    • select whole map (as you have already done once),
    • Click Fill and replace
    • Write on search bar Forestry ore ID and metadata (Example 228:5), it will be displayed as a "Future block"
[Thats why you must be SURE which is ore ID, or you may change something else]
    • Click Ok, Click replace
    • Select Stone.
    • All Forestry ores withID you wrote will be replaced by stone once you click REPLACE.
    • Repeat 1 to 6 with all forestry ores you want to remove. [I suggest you disable serverside forestry ore generation]

Well, but I didn't mean "undestructible" ... and I think it shouldn't be.
What you suggest about Iridium + Osmium ... why not. But Iridium alone ? I think it has not to be.

"Indestructible" tools would be made with "Gregorium", same for Tier V+ stuff.
Iridium tools were suggested to be implemented into IC² core. Since this addon is Tier IV+ stuff only iridium is not enough for an indestructible tool.

How about making Fusion reactor something that can be used for mass fabrication ?
Which all elements from periodic table could be fused together. [Starting on Hydrogen, which is the smallest element]

Even IC² can be considered something like "EMC generator". Just consider green generators as Energy Collectors Mark 0.
    "1KK EU" = 2048 EMC [UUM -> Glowstone].

Forestry is fine as it is, except that it can get OP if you use it in conjunction of other mods like IC² + BC + RP + PC (PowerConverters or any other IC/BC energy mod)...

Since your addon adds ( ^^ ) Iridium Ingot, I think you should create Iridium Tools and Iridium Armor, wich could be enchanted and wich would have the same level of efficienty as Diamond (maybe a little more damaging, fast, protecting etc ...) but with higher duration value. It has already been Suggested for IC²-Vanilla but has been forgotten.
It could be useful for: Enchanting Pickaxe (Fortune/Silktouch, even if Silktouch is a bit useless with Rockcutter, and with efficienty IV it could be faster than DD), Enchanting Sword (Knockback for example could be a good point fr it, because Nano-Saber just damages more) and Enchanted-or-not Armor for being protected from potential-new-weapons-from-IndustriumConflict-having-huge-bonus-against-armor and more actual Teslastaff for example ...

Edit: I'm posting one suggestion a day, this can be annoying ^^ but I hope one out of 3 will be implemented, because of the fact I'll play your addon when I'll be able to ^^

I have suggested earlier Iridium tools , which are slightly slower than diamond drill, but are indestructible.
Maybe Iridium + Osmium (New material to IC², densest material known by man) + Fusion reactor = "Gregorium" [As it would be "discovered" by GregoriusT]
It could be used for indestructible tools and\or the "advanced QuantumSuit".

    --News--
Due newest anti-spambot "patch" version 1.107 most of them have become inactive.
Only few ones remains, although these are still capable of replicating themselves.
    --End--

    Status :
Minecraftia's core are completely infested of (Un)activated spambots.
GregTech Intergalactical is planning something to repair Minecraftia's core.
    Survivors are uniting themselves.
HighTech Ships, controlled by some (wealthy) survivors are around.
Spambots are almost defeated, unless it somehow "contaminated" another planet.

Another thing I noticed. Forestry electric gens are extremely ineffective. They give 8000eu per biomass bucket. But if you burn said biomass in bioengine, it will give 50 000 MJ. Which can be converter to 125 000 EU with Transformers mod. 15.625 times more. So, if you have Forestry and Transformers (or any other bc->ic energy converter, actually), you can get thousands of EU/t from single farm, from saplings alone, and just recycle wood (in slabs) or something.

Unless I miscalculated something, that is. What I know is that farm produce roughly 0.3 surplus sapling per second, and consumes below 30mj/t for itself. Apples are enough to supply mulch for fermenting, but not nearly enough apple cider, so I used water (0.8 buckets/sapling) instead. Using honey will improve energy output by 50% (1.2 buckets/sapling). So, 570 mj/t = 1425 eu/t. Hmm, not ridiculous, like i hoped, but still much. And no laggy scaffolds (laggy slabs instead - for recyclers).

    Foresty bioengines + BC/IC Converter = OP.
Example : Bioengines + Milk = 40000 MJ = 100k EU! [One bucket lasts for about 30-32 minutes]
Make a small setup of 16 engines with autorefill system (RP system) and it is more than enough to power a small workshop

(I hope this doesn't sound rude or ignorant, but I really can't and don't want to answer people who repeat a suggestion for the 5th time.)

When i mentioned suggestions i'm talking about the the ones that deserves a minimal attention (aka. new, not similar to any other suggestions). Sorry for not making it clear...

About repeated suggestions, community are answering them very fast, these you don't have to bother with. It is people's fault not using the kinda hidden (It should be somewhere more visible) search function.

Since you are on Mass Fabricator tweaks can they be made to somehow take extreme voltage either stock, with upgrades or an (even more) advanced machine, I wanna see how fast I can fill a chest with matter with 4 EV cables into it.

Install NEI, Compact Solars, Go ssp, place 2000 HV arrays, link them with glass fiber to a mass fabricator.
Ta da ! 1KK EU/t and 1 UUM per tick...
EV is not needed, as you can supply shitloads of HV packets on it.

About topic: it is fair enough, sometimes i wish i could use Top with relays to insert scrap, it would be more convenient some times.

PLEASE!!! PLEASE, ALLMIGHTY DRAGON LORD MODDERATOR!!! *calming down a bit*
This idea gets... :Uranium Ingot: uranium! Why uranium? BECAUSE IT LOOKS FRIKKIN COOL! Got it? Idea looks frikkin cool and uranium looks frikkin cool! *calming down a bit more*
I like this idea. Just imagine it! Stories about Minecraft PLUS Science Fiction PLUS the best graphics in the world (not counting reality)! *calming down*

And put some Spambots stuff (Get it from here : Diary of last survivors of the spambot apocalypse ) in that story and it will be perfect

Allow normal generators accept Overclocker upgrades, each upgrade increases EU output by 5.
Fuel is consumed faster due higher output. for example a generator with 2 OC will burn stuff 2 times faster (20EU/t)

    or

Allow normal generators accept adjacent blocks (like LESU, GregTech addon) to increase output/fuel usage.
Adjacent blocks should be a new block, non-tile entity. Recipe could be Machine block + 2 circuit

These would allow consume of higher amounts of fuel easier. Normal gens are too weak if compared to others nowadays.

Fuel production is easy, as I wrote. One 21x21 tree farm can feed 100 generators, power itself and make some extra fuel for other BC machines. Problem is distributing scaffolds to generators, but it is very similar to making effective cobblegen+recyclerfarm.

But if compared to the simple work of placing wind gens and some wires, it needs much more work, time and CPU (to run all those stuff that causes a bit of lag)

Your only problem about normal generators is to keep up a fuel production enough to fuel about 100+ generators, thats when wind gens comes up.
