Also, add the possibility to teleport blocks above teleporters. [So we can teleport chests and other interesting stuff. A MFSU for example]

You can disable the ability to make buckets from tin in config. Also rails crafted from bronze can also be turned into iron.

Good point. Same with Tin, I guess.
Tin can't be used for long distance transportation like glass fiber.

How about machine that would replicate any block/item you put in it?
That may seem OP at first, but if replicator would need much power (for example 3000EU/s or even more) and process would be pretty slow, it won't be OP.
Well, that would be the same as mass fabricating, but without doing recipe and stuff. So, not needed. [Also if you replicate Uranium you get infinite energy...]

I considered coding "gas"-blocks once, moving on their own (upward), exploding upon contact with fire and being harvestable by properly placing a harvesting device which will suck in gas block from below it, turning them into a possibly fuel source.
Those gas-blocks could also suffocate player if nearby.If you start breaking blocks with a pickaxe nearby gas blocks, it would also blow :D.You will know when you are nearby gas because it starts suffocating you.
And using them as fuel, would be nice.

Man, after 20 overclockers your machines gets too buggy that you cant use it anymore and it consumes all power you give to it, can you fix it?
You could increase machine EU/t usage instead of Spinup energy usage, which makes it too buggy.Also, can you make 2nd input of macerator (additive macerating) RP tube compatible? I cant place items there with tubes, and i want to automate bronze fabrication using it.

So, how about adding an special insulation made with glowstone and rubber? [Right click with it in any cable to apply, and insulation cutter removes it first before normal insulations]

This is good for people who doesnt know UUM recipes, and more advanced stuff can be "replicated" , so UUM usage wont be limited to 9 uums per item (diamond).

This is a good idea but... This will make storage blocks unstackable. Like Batteries/Crystals/Lapotrons. As it would need NBT Tags.

Leaves can be used for scrap, Leaves can be turned into plantballs for biofuel (meh), Leaves can be turned into plantballs for dirt (place an uncompressed one inside macerator for 8 dirt)
Why add a no leaves mode? If you already use energy to destroy those leaves, use it for something usefull!
