Also another aesthetic thing would be to make the blade radius proportional to the height ((height - sealevel) / 4)) so the higher is the mill, the bigger it is and farther away you can see it.

I propose a "simple" change to how kinetic windmills work, requiring a long metal/wood post connecting the windmill to the deep ground (bedrock, yes bedrock).
That should be enough to increase the cost of the powerful windmills and promote people to do something about the long post standing out of the ground (aesthetic).
Wooden rotors windmills can be supported by a wooden fence, iron rotor windmills can be supported by an iron fence, steel rotor and carbon rotor windmills can be supported by steel fences (new block).

Just get a decent staff (silverwood, 250 cap) and spam use a decently upgraded frost focus, that will quickly bring down the dragon even if all crystals are active. Same thing is also useful to bash the wailers.

The EU <-> RF ratio of 1:4 is crap, it makes RF way too powerful when back converting to EU. 1:100 makes more sense with the cost of your average RF generator, and how much power a big reactor can throw out.
I'd say the problem relies within Big Reactor's powerfulness in that case.

Grag. Now that you've added bedrock ores for the purpose of under bedrock mining operations, what about adding "hot bedrock" blocks for areas that are supposedly geothermally active?
I still want my realistic geothermal that needs such places to work and would put out a decent amount of power.
Aside from some static stuff like cobble and iridium, everything else is dependant on the amount of blocks per a certain region of a minecraft world. Mostly ores are the ones that will have proper dynamic UUM values.
