Crop results are often based on tier and properties they share in common.

As someone have already said, crop results are RANDOM. X + Y wont 100% result W. Instead you have X + Y for a chance to get W(hatever).

Allow us to use "liquid XP" as the other mods do as a fluid with magical properties, capable of enhancing magic properties of whatever thing we use it on.

Liquid XP (I prefer calling it Life Essence) would be obtained by standing over the Magic Energy Extractor (new machine). It uses magic items (enderpearl dust/blaze powder) as catalyst.

Life Essence would be used to enhance regular water into holy water via chemical reactor, aswell bathing arrows with it, giving more sharpness.
Life Essence would be used into the crafting of any magic related items, like the autoclave crystallization of blaze powder or enderpearl dust into rods or pearls, respectively.
The use of holy water in a ore washing machine would result in more byproducts. Cause magic lol.

Biogas is an IC2 thing. The biogas production facility makes IC2 fertilizer as byproduct. It takes a looong time (and lots of biomass) to make one fertilizer though.

Try using an advanced RE-battery or a tier 2 (MV) battery-like item. I believe the crystal is too advanced for the cropnalyzer.

Electric one ideally would not be better. You lose energy on the convertion to electricity (a very good bunch btw) aswell on the conversion of electricity back to heat.
