While this is fine for most cases, if you happen to pickup plutonium you would have to eat 5 of these, and before you do that, you're pretty much dead 
Thus the suggestion for radiation resistance, even if its for 10second only, so you can survive by eating nonstop.

No, it is extremely easy to use and idiot proof. It can not be considered electricity either, its more like a fluid that moves around to wherever it is needed. Losses, explosions or anything else that makes power fun to handle with is non existant.

From i've read of TD it doesnt seem to cure all negative effects, so please, DO buff terrawart to cure all negatives, so it can be better than something that vanilla has, MILK.
Also, the radiation resistance is the best way imo, so you have to keep eating it or you will die of radiation.

Anyway, RF (Redstone Flux) is another power system, created by Thermal Expansion and its addons. It has been adopted by FTB packs, basically ditching EU, MJ, J (UE) and any other tech mod power system. This means no IC2, Buildcraft and Universal Electricity on their official packs. By the way, crops need more biome support for the "bonus" statuses. Currently swamp is the most preferred due the +2 nutrient and +2 humidity bonus.
Extreme hills for example should give a +1 nutrient +1 humidity, but also +4 air quality.
River would give a +1 nutrient and +5 humidity.
