I know that applies to IC² addons, i don't think it does for textures. I'd like a confirmation from TD/Player though.

By inexperienced users he means modpack users, aka the ones that dont know how to install a single mod on their own.
If you are able to install forge, IC2, and all those mods without help of 3rd party, you are not inexperienced.

That is the reason it got disabled on Kirara.

I think in a recent change they changed how far it drains fluids.
Get a universal fluid cell with distilled water and enjoy using it as a bucket in the nether

Distilled water can be easily made with the solar destiller (this is a typo Thunderdark...)

Make a stack+ of universal fluid cells, those are like buckets.

By the way, after a bit of testing i couldnt tell exactly what makes the sack produce sap faster/slower. So, can you tell me what makes it produce more or less?

Also since the kinetic windmills are way bigger in size than the regulars, it should make its sound from a very large distance (256 blocks), and also be quite loud if close.

But do you really need a machine for that?
The nether has plenty of lava for you to grab and turn into obsidian later on.

No for a machine that is specialized on making lava. But i think you can replicate it using UUM.

As far as i know the changes only regard the storage capacity (power draw aswell) and the addition of the nightvision (and possibly hud if i'm not wrong).
So, as the power storage increased by a factor of 10, i think that the power draw also did.

So, TD what about adding overclocker upgrade compatibility?
Each OC would increase speed, but also air cost (rounded up) and heat cost per tick (also rounded up).
Also, OCs would be twice less efficient on the blast furnace if compared to other machines.

If overclockers dont make sense, use heat conductors instead.
