The same thing happens to me, and I was surprised since I remember it being an ic2 classic bug from when I played tekkit legends.

Something I would suggest, considering the Advanced Solar Panels mod has lost support, is that you could add replicas or similar types of solar panels from ASP into this mod (Although they are more so generators than machines.)

ive notived that miners are bugged. they wont input anything into chests(they'll just spit it out, even if there is a chest next to it) and sometimes it doesnt even mine.
