Does the world refresh from scratch, have a standing base at the start, or is there a type of MCedit-able base placed in, so that maps aren't identical?
And again, some of your users are insane. I didn't think anyone would go that far- Mass fab and all that. But at least someone isn't doing 4 64x64 quarries with the same setup. ... Or are they? The hell would they do with all those resources?! (Well, this is Minecraft. The hoarder's dream.)
Just saw the Quarry video you posted- The mining world was obviously needed as you've got some insane people on that server.
Is one month really a short enough time? You'll only have Bedrock left. 
Technically jump is done with the leggins. I guess the Q-Leggins have some kind of exoskeleton which improves the power of your legs, which wood make higher jumps possible. But again the Q-Suit is pretty OP already improving it further is not something favorable.
Er, the jump is done by the boots when holding CTRL- while the legs let you sprint at a much faster speed.
Just tested, boots make you jump high, while not wearing the legs.
Unless you're talking about how it would work IRL- Which is pointless. Steve has no knees.

As far as I know it's impossible to add anything of the sort without looking... Just plain stupid.
You can get away with planes, as they don't use the ground, but anything that actually uses the ground to traverse... It always ends up looking really, really bad.
Who says the energy created by IC2 follows the same rules as energy IRL, at all?
I know in SMP that once the server is turned off they obviously stop working. However, after it's been started again, and when someone logs in, it forces the chunks to load again.
Doesn't do the latter in SSP(at least, from my testing), so while it helps with keeping them loaded, it doesn't help with teleporting systems if you ever log out of the world.
Not entirely sure, but if you have the Chunkloading Blocks from Additional Pipes, you can force load the chunks that your base is on, I think that might help.
Are you sure they force chunks to load in SSP as well? Last I heard they only keep the chunk loaded, if you manually load it.
In SMP they work wonders, but I have my doubts for SSP.

Static Electricity. Or, Static EU's.
Jumping costs (last I checked, at least) about 10 times more hunger then just plain walking. (While using the Quantum Helmet, you might even come to a loss in EUs since the helmet was changed to use more energy. Not totally sure on that, though.)
Besides, who would WANT to jump to get energy back?
They could go the route of the Forcefield add-on, and allow for new blocks to be placed that add certain effects.
If the Seed Packets, after scanned showed '1,1,1', or whatever numbers they are after their name... I'd actually start farming, but it's annoying just rechecking them if you forget, or mix them up.
A chest with an extended inventory to store them in a nice way would be amazing, as well.
Crafting QS is not endless,it took me several hours to do it

Scrap?It is usefull indeed,but making nice amount of scrap would lead to making lava/water farm,some pistons,block breakers and tubes,basically,no fun

Last I heard, Al was already thinking about revamping the Reactor a bit.
And water mills are actually the best* if using RP2 and a bucket filling system they give 2 EU each. That's 4, and sometimes slightly more**, then a Solar Panel. You also get two, so each time you add a set of water Mills to the RP2 system you get, at least, 8 Solar Panels. (And they're amazingly cheaper.)
*: Obviously only if you have the space.
**: If the Solar Panels are in a Desert it's 4 times as good. If it's anywhere where it rains, then it's more depending on that rain. (And some places suck because of rain. :\)
How about just make machine to accept EU from Non-colored cables or something?
I still dont see a practical use to coloring machines.
It's useful if you want to prevent cables, in tight spaces, from interacting with Mass Fabricators, or MFSU's connected to a teleporter.
I guess you could also want it if you want to add a TON of energy storage units next to a TON of cable without them interacting... But I can only think of the above two reasons why you would want to do that.
