Forge as always been like this, Modders NEED to use forge for the maximum degree of compatibility because otherwise its almost impossible (Unless that particular modder modify files that forge itself doesn't use). Forge its just a tool that gives you access to Minecraft Base files without the need to modify them yourself + A whole other array of tools at your disposition.

Nikolite belongs to RP2, ergo there is no recipe associated with it because its generated by RP2.

Silver (Before anyone start annoying with this one), was a test of the forge ore dictionary to make sure it worked fine (And it did), the IC2 Devteam where originally going to remove it but due to popular demand it was left alone.

Like it has been repeated a crapton in this thread, the wiki its a community effort, devs are barely involved with the wiki besides hosting the site and mantain it to keep it online.

3)Its called WATER-mill for a reason, other liquids like lava would just destroy the internal workings of it.

2) Crap utility for energypack its crap, I rather have all my tools fully charged after use no matter what.

OP is using Minecraft version 1.2.5.
OP is trying to use ModloaderMP 1.2.5 when Forge dropped support for it.
OP is trying to use IC2 1.90 for minecraft 1.2.4 in a 1.2.5 enviroment. (Modloader And forge for 1.2.5)

I will leave the conclusions to you people.

You all people have a warped sense of whats OP and Balance. It disgust me.

There is no IC2 tick, but MC tick.

Changing MC tick could have disastrous effects with other mods.

This doesnt just require a forge hook, this requires basically a revamp of the lightning engine. I seriously doubt IC2 devs will bother doing that.
