Not entirely sure how much of a bitch its going to be. Since you say "Throw" you must use a entity to make it move and sink, and you can't make entities to be moving lights. However theres the touch the ground condition... If there is a method to make a entity become a block when it touches another block it may be not so evil to do...

I dare you all (Or you two) to reach the farlands... ON FOOT!
And i double dare you to reach the farlands on one side, then go all the way to the farland on the other side (From North Farlands to South Farlands for example)... On foot too.

It may be a bug or you mistook one of the item in the recipe. Dunno what else could it be, i suggest you try to make it again (ClayDust+Redstonedust+CoalDust+Water in a 3x3 grid, shapeless recipe) before trying to file it as a bug. (And if you file it as a bug, look/search first to see if its been reported already)

Which is weird as, iirc, the 1.4 update was termed the "Very Scary Update" I think in terms of core changes and due to the fact that this is essentially another Halloween update.
There is no core changes in 1.4. Just a few extra items, a few changes to existing ones and bugfixes. The only thing that could be considered "Core" was the New Lightning engine, but that was pushed for a 1.5 or later release.
And like i said in another thread, i think the 1.2 to 1.3 jump traumatized way too many people.

What version of both (IC2 and forge) are you using?
Also are you sure that you are using: Clay Dust + Redstone dust + Water + Carbon Dust? The recipe is shapeless so it should allow you to craft it regardless of position

It actually was the Module slots. I think i once suggested Non-Stacking modules to increase slots.

I think the 1.2 to 1.3 jump traumatized way too many people. Now everyone thinks a mod will take months to update after each new version lol.
And if you check some post by Richard, you will see he already ported IC2 to the 1.4 prerelease (or is in the works to)

With modern browsers, ads disappeared from the Internet many years ago so he must have realized it's useless to do that.
If that were the case, ad placing companies would have gone bankruptcy long ago, but we still see them everywhere... Like i read in a ad (Oh the irony?) Ads may very well be the one powering the entire internet.
