You can always use a Switcher Cable (That which Cuts off EU transmition when it receives a Redstone pulse), and the new Redstone Behaviours of the Storage Units.

I would like to suggest a sub-forum for 'IC2 Suggestion' ideas that aren't really appropriate to be rolled into IC2.
I've been seeing a lot of suggestions started that would be great ideas for separate mods that get talked down on simply because they might shouldn't be default behavior. Example- a 'finite torches' idea getting labeled as stupid when as a vanilla mod it'd be kinda cool. Or the Teir 0 ;MacGuyver machines... not really appropriate as base-IC2, but might make a funny\cool Adv. Machines-esque IC2 addon.
I dunno, it seems that the 'Suggestions' section has become a 'general idea free-for-all' regardless of real relation to IC2.
So kind of a suggestion sub in the off topic section?

Yeah just noticed, too bad frames wont be in minecraft yet. Dont get me wrong, the magrails and changes to the retriever its cool, but not the kind of thing i need to spike my interest in minecraft again.

the lag i was refering to wasn't the EUnet its when your whole system is power starved the flickering effect you get can even bring you down in ssp
The solar panel lag its also caused by the Enet, just with less flickering.
Not every first world problem can be solved with Config file, so drop that dammit.
And like the post above me said, MOVEABLE LIGHT SOURCES ARENT POSSIBLE IN IC2.

Nobody Cares about enchantments.
Enchantments were removed from electrical items (Bronze tools still have those)
Also if you report a bug, at least make sure you are using one of the lastest version of IC2.
