This mod is brilliant - there can be no reason not to add it to IC! (Unless the author for was to decline)

I thouhgt the compromise was that water cells couldn't be filled or placed by hand.
-
Not a bug. Still irritating though...
What's the logic behind it? -
Currently, if you put cells into a pump, and power it, and then return, ocne the cells have all finished, it spews water itno the air above it... pointlessly? It doesn't appear to serve a purpose, so, why not remove it?
-
Compressing a water cell destroys the cell, instead of ejecting it, meaning that it takes 0.25 tin ingots/snow.
Steps to reproduce:
1/ Put water cell into powered compressor
2/ Wait
3/Cell disappears, snow appears. No empty cell ejected. -

Must be a foot paddle boat
This bug, best bug? -
TMI was used, I was just relearning using BC and IC". None of hte stuf fin any chests I have is spawned. Those holes feed the factory I'm making...
-
This is pointless if there's going to be an electric wrench then, could someone archive it?

What's the chance of IC2 ever being made open source? (if it is, I recommend using github :p)
It's quite a complicated mod, and if more people could look at it, I'm sure it'd do better. I guess it won't though, unless there was some form of not-really-open-source license, after looking at the rules for add-ons. -
A form of stronger block sounds like a good idea.
-
Possibly, a block which is compressed reinforced stone? You use a compressor on reinforced stone, and get a reinforced stone chunk. Four of these make a single compressed reinforced stone, which has (4^1.75)*compressed stone's resistance.
It would take 15 seconds to mine with a diamond drill. (would it need to be immovable by pistons?)
If you can't make a door form it, it should be piston-movable, otherwise, it should be immovable.
-
It would be usable many times, and would have a greatl reduced/no chance of destroying items. It would be expensive, though.

5 updates a day? No! There's nothing wrong with a nightly build, and it takes very little effort. Mojang seemed to have the same attitude to this before they started wiht the pre-releases as the IC team do just now. Note what happened? It was good, more bugs were found, and those who didn't care about bugs got to see the game. People making mods got to see some of the things they'd need to change as well.
I might be lying a bit about the nightly build - it takes very little effort if you have proper version control, and all the developers use it... :p
PS: like it's their job? I thought that was their job!
-
-
Regularly, it is stated "that was fixed, wait until the next release", is there a reason why there can't be more regular beta builds, or some sort of nightly build? There's nothing wrong with allowing more people to test, as long as you give a recommended build, and an unstable build, and it would only improve the speed of testing.

America, you ruin my language.
Never seen it used in that way in Britain, then.
