I just rechecked that and could not find anything of the kind anywhere. In fact the only documentation I can find is a feature list. Gonna suggest the same thing to them when I get around to that.
For now i just booted CoFHTweaks and went with FC + Optifine.

while designing my new modpack, i ran into the issue that all block and tile-entity textures are missing. I narrowed it down to a compatibility problem between fastcraft 1.22 and CoFHTweaks. I tried CoFHTweaks-[1.7.10] versions 1.1.3B2-91, 1.1.3B1-90, 1.1.2-89 and was able to reproduce the bug every time with just the two mods loaded.

Not sure if you can do anything about that, but I thought I might give it a try.

PS: If compatibility cannot be fixed, might I suggest adding an incompatibility disclaimer in the OP? That would have saved me quite some time
