FWIW, PFAA (Per Fabrica Ad Astra) already has "polluted soil" that dirt/grass (or even farmland, according to the changelog) transforms into when within a few blocks of PFAA oil, though afaik it doesn't offer a way to reestablish the dirt or slow walking.
However, PFAA adds a lot of new features. It's conflicting with other mods. It isn't crashes, but, for example, causes lags sometimes (0 FPS).

This is a request. I hope someone will code this mod
1) Oil. If oil spill on dirt - 3 cubes from the grass to the dirt make the dirt unsuitable for plant's growth. It's possible to reestablish the dirt via some substance;
2) Lava. If lava spill on the dirt/grass - 1 cube of dirt/grass makes unsuitable for plant growth. it's impossible to reestablish the dirt;
3) Biomass. Generates in world like remains of animals and plants.
And so on.
Also it would be nice to add slowly moving while walking on the contaminated dirt.

How tool hardening is going to be like? Because I have been working on a big project where the Gregtech tools can be crafted with some parts to make the tools better. Thanks!
EDIT:
A small suggestion: tool could affect movement's speed of a player depending on material tools made from.Up (I hope it isn't permitted)

Thank you for the explanation of that configuration option! Now I understand it properly.
About the ME Export Bus:
Usually it works very well to export from the AE2 Network into the upper side of the GT Machines and import using the ME Import Bus placed to their bottom side.
Just the Oblitterator does not accept cobblestone for some reasons at any side from the ME Export Bus. But placing cobblestone manually into the Oblitterator works fine.
The ME Export Bus shows "Device online" so it should work properly.
I'll do some more tests when I'm back at home.
Recycler can recycle everything but only non-blacklisted things can go in automatically and give scrap from recycling. Cobblestone, therefore, is blacklisted.
