Most of them are the same sound. I created lot of names just for listbox testing.
In my mind, industrial alarm is more industrial, not like door bell with melody change, so it wouldn't have sound selection. But I probably will add range settings to it.

- Range Upgrades for Remote Thermal Monitor added (maximum range is doubled by each upgrade)
- Howler Alarm is configurable via GUI (check OP for SMP and custom sounds details)
- fixed rendering of Thermal Monitor and Remote Thermal monitor. Indicator shouldn't flicker any more, even with optifine and flat world. Thanks to redled72 for detailed report.
- you can get two circuits from used Sensor Location Card
- default alarm sound changed. Thanks to Forecaster for the new sound.
- the Reactor's coordinates are shown in the tooltip of Sensor Location Card
- full localization support. You can localize not only names of blocks and items but also GUIs and Thermometer/Sensor Kit messages.
- better shift-click support for Remote Thermal Monitor GUI. You can put items to/from the corresponding slot of Remote Thermal Monitor with shift-click

Range Upgrade is already implemented and will be released in the next version.
As for sound, there is no license details on soundjax, and they are definitely not free on soundsnap. I don't want to include sounds to the addon without certainty that I have rights for this.

Secondly, it seems like if you've used a Remote Sensor Kit on a reactor you can only use it for that reactor. If you move it or something like that the card is then worthless.

Next planned feature is gui for alarms. GUI will contain volume regulator and sound selection list. I guess I'll set your sample as default and current one as alternative.
I like your idea to recycle a Location Card. But not sure if I have time to do it in the next version.

It uses 1eu/t from cable or battery, but shouldn't affect reactor in any way.
If it uses more them 1eu/t, or has any other strange behavior - please post details, how to reproduce the problem.

Block for remote monitoring is almost done, but it still requires some work on SMP support and rendering details. I hope to release it on this weekend.

Backporting of the mod to 1.1 will require a lot of work. But I have no enough time for everything. I prefer to use my time to add of new features and fix bugs.
