I don't see any question in your post. But if this was a request for permission, then yes, you can include Nuclear Control in your modpack.

I use getOutput() method of IC2 API to get output of the reactor. And it works fine with industrialcraft-2_1.108.52-lf.jar. Problem is somewhere in the last builds of IC2.

No. You should specify all names. I will probably add this option in the future.

Upon checking the configs, there are ways to make vanilla objects with TfC, so turn that on and one can get stuff for IC2 again.

Not as easy as before, but still possible. Uranium though, isn't a usable ore, but there is Pitchblende, which the page says can contain uranium in reality. Maybe they already added IC2 uranium as a rare drop from it if you have IC2 installed, but I haven't tried that yet. I'll check the changelogs, though.

You have Pig Iron and Wrought Iron and seems it can't be used for refined iron. Iron furnace (required for generator) also can't be crafted from TFC iron. I tried to google for addon, which add compatibility, but still no luck.

It's a Java virtual machine crash log
@DrkVyper96, it crashed at opengl library. I'm not responsible for it. And I don't know how to fix it. If you use optifine - try to change fullscreen settings to default resolution.

Put sound in ogg format to the "resources/newsound/ic2nuclearControl" folder in your minecraft folder. Sound should be in ogg format and it's filename should start with "alarm-"
Add it to allowedAlarms config param.
Recommended software to create ogg files is Audacity.
