Since you dont want people spamming areas with solar panels, I suggest one of 2 mods:
Either Advanced solar panels or compact solars.
Advanced Solars: [Addon v1.97] Advanced Solar Panels v3.0.0 ! [SSP/SMP]
Compact Solars: [IC2 1.95] [SSP/SMP/BUKKIT] CompactSolars 2.3 now available. CompactSolars is now opensource!
I believe that both of them have bukkit ports available. I think you can change the amount of EU each panel generates for advanced solars in the config, but I'm not sure about compact solars.

Thank you. And, I found out i was using the wrong versions of Railcraft, Flora Soma and orizon oops.

EDIT: Try as i might, it seems that both orizon 1.0.7 and flora and soma 0.3.10 aren't available for download, not even in the old versions folder. I got railcraft working though.

Thanks you, you made it very clear to me. Up until now, I havn't had a reason to use the canning machine, so I didn't really understand it.

Im still not quite getting how this stuff can be made. Crafting table? Canning machine? if so how?

I've seen this idea before on youtube. One LP'er i can't remember and i think direwolf made a system like this. How much eu/t does the whole set provide? I hate math.

I'm thinking of joining this server and in past versions I think i remember water mills creating some sort of lag. Do they create a lot of lag in SMP?
