Bloody, I believe since the update, Chlorine has been taken out of recipes that it used to be in. making Titaniumtetrachloride no longer requires chlorine and magnesiumchloride no longer outputs chlorine when reacted with sodium. I know you fixed the state of Chlorine with this patch but did you intend to remove it from recipes?

because there is already a recipe for "clay" , using dirt and some round and round. if it still exist.
Blood sorry for trouble you , but i am having a interesting "bug" , i play infitech 2, and after the update of pollution i build one pyroluse oven, supplied with nitrogen to make charcoal , and it run quite nicely, until it run out of nitrogen and stopped, now even giving it more nitrogen and with the correct circuit (2) , it refuses to process log in charcoal as it did before, the normal recipe without nitrogen goes normal, i tried to break and replace the input hatch and muffler, but nothing changed.
Hmm Maybe they took it out in Infitech 2 but I don't see a gregtech recipe for clay. There is one recipe with red cobblestone and three buckets of water from ExtraBiomes XL.
Edit: I just saw there is a recipe to make a tiny pile of clay dust by centrifuging a piece of dirt

I go ahead and are this recipe myself but I was wondering, is there a particular reason there isn't a clay recipe for the mixer? I always add a recipe that is similar to a block of dirt and a bucket of water equals one clay block. I can understand if this exact amount is op and should be larger but is there a reason that something along the lines of X dirt and X water in a mixer doesn't produce clay?

as error said silk touch on GT ores is essentially useless, in GT6 you have a better chance at better quality gems from silk touch but that is it, all GT ores drop as a block, all small ores drop crush, dust, or gem if applicable. fortune does in fact help with small ore though.
Are you sure fortune works on small ores? I thought I read somewhere that it does not.

Ore processing in gregtech is a little different than mekanism. In gregtech you process ores to get secondary by products (or more). Mekanism you just process to get multiplicative output. So if you process and ore like ruby you can get other materials out of it like Chrome. Where as in Mekanism if you fully process gold you get 5x gold ingots. I would go into more detail but I'm in class on my phone.
Here is a link to all the ores and the byproducts you can get out of them with proper processing.

Hello everyone, I am a new member but I'm pretty familiar with Gregtech Unofficial. Just some information about me, I have a BS in Electrical Engineering and working on a Master's in Power and Energy Systems so if you guys ever have any questions about or want to make things more realistic feel free to hit me up. I'd be more than glad to help. Also, I have never worked on a mod before but I am proficient at C# and Java. I do some web development and android developmentfor my job.
I am currently solo playing Infitech 2.
