lol, i try to keep the better suggestions at the top of the pages and i didn;t post on all of them :D just the newer ones mainly :D also i'm bored at work and have already been through all of the BC Suggestions as well as took a 1 hour nap :p

That's not correct, silver has the highest conductivity, folowed by copper and gold.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold

Gold is the most malleable and ductile of all metals; a single gram can be beaten into a sheet of 1 square meter, or an ounce into 300 square feet. Gold leaf can be beaten thin enough to become transparent. The transmitted light appears greenish blue, because gold strongly reflects yellow and red.[4] Such semi-transparent sheets also strongly reflect infrared light, making them useful as infrared (radiant heat) shields in visors of heat-resistant suits, and in sun-visors for spacesuits

i am a chemical and analytical engineer, i use stuff like this on a daily basis, and the reason it's used in nano boards is because it is so ductile that even using copper or silver would cause the elctricaly current to almost be immediately be consumed by resistance where gold allows it to travel on these nano wide trails of metals as far as 860 feet with about 2.3 ohms of resistance. in these scales copper and silver are actually used as insulators or even the base metal, such as stamping a nano board onto the face of a penny allows the entire penny to be turned into a cuicut board even more complex then your top of the line Destop PC.

alittle Off topic but: once you get the hang of what all it takes you can construct the reactor part in like 5 minutes, and the room takes about 5-10 minutes, wire shouldn't take to long as long as you already got it made and i'd run that out the top before you even build the room. also last i heard a wall of 2 thick wouldn't stop a blast. so if so please let me know cause i've been using 6 thick of CFoam to stop blasts during experiments which will never happen again thanks to the ReactorPlanner application i got from the Nuclear Engineering thread. also. just so you know for future assistance. if you make several reactors and set them up on a proper redstone clock, then you can get like 800EU/t from each reactor if you have like 12, and have it so only 1 or 2 are running at a time and they will supply you with 800eu/t for 24 hours.

back to the OP: it would be nice to have empty crystals stack to 16-64, but it would also be nice to have a much larger or stackable fully charged battery unit. primarily used to move power from one Enat system at one base to another. like if i had been using a huge solar, geothermal, wind turbine array. and decide to completely abandon that facility and move on to a nuclear base 3,000 blocks away, or even in the nether, then it would be nice to be able to drain my base of it's 192 million stored EUs.

With that in mind, I guess it'd be Alblaka's choice whether or not to have Uranium be affected by the upgrade. I'd personally still say no, as I've never gotten to a point where I needed a ton of uranium, but that may change.

you don't run and operate 8 nuclear reactors at once for a SMP server do you? :D lol

Since silver has the highest electrical conductivity in reality, you should be able to make a nice cable of it. Maybe a MV or HV cable with a relatively low energyloss, for example 1 EU per 10 or 15 blocks, if uninsulated and capable of getting up to 3 layers of insulation resulting in lower losses.

actually gold has the highest conductivity in reality but due to the cost if it, gold isn't for large scale electronics, only smaller things like processors and nano-boards.

a hollow fruitless gourd? you mean like a pumpkin? i don't see this as helping with endgame power generation so i don't think higher tier melons will float

i do, i'd breed melons till i got tier 16 Acid melons and then make a farm that would grow like 2 sets of 16-32 at a time and just start plugging cables into the top of them and then go grab a copper deposit for when the next set is really, this would provide me with like 102.4 million energy ever couple hours.

if alblaka actually adds it he is going to balance it out by making it possible to kill you at high altitude with the illusion of radiation. and remember the uranium cell may only have to be replaced rarely but the coolantcells will probably only give you 2-5 minutes flight time(compared to the normal jetpacks 1.5minutes) so i think it is expensive enough

i'd rather it be more convinient and expensive then constant maintenance. like if i could ram a full stack into the pack and be good for an hour, i might use it, if i'm going to have to slap a new coolant cell in it every 2-5 minutes then i'd have to carry around or constantly get coolant cells that don't even stack to fill it up.

in think turing into a different species casts the illusion of a reaction strong enough to generate eu going on.

maybe set it up then so the melon block has 16 different values (if able with metadata), since there are 16 tiers of plants then you could have the teir 16 melon be a really bright vibrant green and has 1,600,000 EUs in it, and drains at 32 eu/t, then for every 100,000EUs that drain it downgrades to the previous tier of melon having 1,500,000EUs and ouputs 30 EU/t, and so on until it hits tier 1 or 0 which would be a grey cracked looking melon that only yields seeds since all the melon fruit was depleted.

those collant cell represent the jetpacks landing reserves and reactor cores are hard enough to craft

the heat dispespenser is also part of the reactor compnents, so just make 3 instead of 1 when your at that point? what would you expect for an End Game Jetpack? it's ment to be the best of it's kind and lasts a hell of alot longer then the others, then with the convinience of rarely having to fill it up it seems like a worth cost. specialyl since i barely even use jetpacks as it is since i use a qunatum suit and just build everything so i can leep and bound my way through holes all over the place. i'd need a good reasons for this super powered jetpacks to be a good alternative at a similar if not more expensive cost then my quantum legs and boots.

Like... a bed... with some batterys wired to it?
The last time i tried, applying electric current to myself, it did NOT heal me XD

they are called Tens Units, they pulse electrical signals through your muscles like a really weak taser to loosen muscle cramps and for some therapy applications :) shocking yourself kinda heals you :p and Ozone from the electricity can help kill unwanted bacteria in your body, like from a zombie bite :D

Agreed too. Oh, that was quoted from me, than i confirm it.

i figured as much, lol. if that were the case i'd have a ring of glass around my house and bury my collection dishes and have several of them around my house, so if someone tried to come across the glass ring in the wrong spots they'd fry. this would be more of an anti-player defence but i'm sure some people could use that as griefing.
