Cauldron is illegal and dead. It has way too many screwy base edits to work around in my limited time. I'm pretty sure FastCraft is much faster than Cauldron/Spigot/Craftbukkit ever was in a modded environment, there'd be no significant combined performance benefit to it.

Does it persist across reloading the world (same positions)?
Are collisions with the "void" working normally?
What's your normal fps?

Sampler 1.16 should fix this, assuming it was just seeing an unusually deep call stack. If it didn't it'll hang infinitely/oom instead of crashing, please retest.

It improves chunk load performance to be almost twice as fast on ForgeCraft 2 for client+server, but note this isn't chunk rendering, which still needs work. This resulted in -5% tick time overall. I also made the MC startup faster by a few seconds on my fairly quick desktop machine and added some update checking code.
Delegates are a concept, not a language feature in this case. They are the whole reason EnetBridge works in the 1st place.

Check if there's a new version of it, upgrading to 1.7 would be ideal. There's not much else you can do, maybe you can disable its IC2 integration in the config.
F3 / heap usage isn't conclusive as an absolute number, it's normal to continuously grow until up to 100% and drop down afterwards. It rising too quickly or constantly hugging 100% indicates a problem. The command "/sampler memory" (for dedicated server) or "/csampler memory" (client/sp/lan) displays information about other memory regions as well. Heap memory is only one of several kinds.
Hmm there's no mention of a failed login for Draeton in the logs? When did you try, including timezone?
Hmm does the chunk have normal collision behavior as if it was just not rendered/invisible or do you fall through/always run against an invisible wall?
This may just be a persistently corrupted chunk, but it's not impossible that FastCraft is somewhat involved.
Afaik Mekanism caused this back in 1.6.
Do you use the latest ic2 version? Those warning messages aren't indicative of anything, they don't lag or point to a source of lag.
If it still happens with latest IC2, I'd suspect a memory leak. Install http://files.player.to/sampler-1.15.jar on your client and watch memory usage with "/csampler memory".
FastCraft is for MC 1.7 only, you are playing 1.6.4.

Can you reproduce this properly? How much terrain was generated? How long did you wait for it to settle down?
I need to reliably know if it happens with 1.9 as well. Sampler (see OP) profiles better than Warmroast and creates a nps file I could inspect properly. It's hard to tell if Fastcraft is doing anything wrong there. Unless there's a bug, vanilla MC would spend a lot more time in the same call tree.
That's most likely another mod doing bad things. Run with the attached debug build to detect the culprit.
That sounds like your decompiled copy isn't working properly due to decompilation artifacts, which is no surprise. Try using the (untouched) dev jar as a library instead by adding it to the build path if you are using eclipse.
In general it's not recommended to use/access IC2 core classes, they aren't designed for it and may become incompatible at any time. Since IC2 addons are allowed to copy IC2 code, you can take what you need to recreate the code on top of just the API. Also look into some 1.7 MinecraftForge armor tutorial to see how the basic rendering, registration etc. is to be set up.
