I Liked the External cooling, although if the reactors heat actually removed the water blocks, it would give RP2 Pumps a use instead of just flooding areas to make badass Dam's.
If you use RP-Pumps that way, you cause Extreme-Lag with them.

I guess yes, as he said Batpack all Energy providing Armors should be able to charge it, unless he hacked around the IC²-API, what I doubt.

I know the propability of any Nuke on the World just going off is so close to 0 that its not happened at all until now (or at least in this Quantum Universe).

Uranium doesnt just go "Bang" If so, cornwall would be a massive Crater.
It can just go Bang. Uranium stored in too large Amounts (without any shielding inbetween) can cause a nuclear chain reaction and go Boom. Guess how Nukes work. They don't work like Explosion = Nuclear Chain Reaction, they work like explosion compresses two clumbs of it to critical mass, which then goes Boom.

I think the only way of doing such a Resource Calculator is ingame (like my ComputerCube-ReactorPlanner). Things like that could be a great Feature of NEI btw, so Chickenbones could add such Calculators.

Gamma, Xray Alpha and beta are all forms of "Ionizing" Radiation. The rest arent.Are you sure Gamma is Ionizing? I mean, it's pure Energy and not consisting of Electrons or Protons.
