And, why swamps, and not jungles?

Because the giant RP-Rubbertrees (which are compatible with IC²) are already in the Jungles.

And getting Rubber is really hard. I mean i have tons of Diamonds but only a Chest halffull with Rubber. It will only get better, when i start Crossbreeding (to get Stickreed). I have definetly to build a Rubbertreefarm, as renewable, nonautomatizeable Stuff is normally not in my Factory (you cant really automate it without Forestry).

When we were mining with 3 players concurrently the factory had quite a lot to do, but with some upgrades (added about 2 days ago) some less machines might be enough.

Each of my Machines has a Relay as Buffer. So it cant Overflow.

Sometimes I need a quite large amount of energy (filling gravsuit bodyarmor = 10mio, 3 parts quantum = 3mio, 2 ultra lappacks = 20mio, mining laser = 1mio, etc.), multiplied by 3 if we're preparing all together that's quite a lot. Anyway I like to have some buffer of energy, can't be a bad thing to have ^^

Oh, i forgot that you have that awesome Suit costs so much Energy.

Regarding the relays I need to take a closer look to that RP logic gates, quite a while that I used them.

Its not a Logicgate, its a Block that automatically inserts its content into the Tubesystem, at a 2-Stacks-per-Second-Rate.

How do you split the dust between smelting and storing ?

Its simple. Just make that two (or more) ways in the Sortingsystem have the same Distance, and it alternates between these Ways at a 50%-Chance

    :Intergrated Plating: :Cable:
    :Intergrated Plating: :Cable:
    :Intergrated Plating: Input

    :Advanced Machine: = Filter/Sortingmachine
    :Cable: = Tube

Indeed it's very huge. Starting to think it's a bit too big, because I don't know what to do with the whole empty space :P

I even think my 16x16-Tower is too high to fill it completely, as its in a Mushroombiome, where i cant build MobTowers.

I would like to use the IC2 source code to make my own generator and energy storage block. I wanted to use the solar panel and mfsu for these examples. I am not sure if the IC2 api includes what I need, even if it does, I would still like the IC2 code for the examples. Would this be possible?

IC²-Code is not recommended as these Storageunits are based on special MetaDataSensitive Blocks. The API has all what you need. Just implement the Interfaces and add your TileEntity to the E-net, and it should work. (sometimes...)

My Lightningrod is a pure API-User, and my electric Chunkloader does consume Energy via API (but it doesnt load Chunks...). Of course i looked at the IC²-Source to see how they did it, and i'm still searching for the Part, from where the "onCreation"-Function is called, but i got it to work somehow.

Nope, i've seen tons of flowing blocks cause wicked lag on a server before when someone was doing the whole flooded quarry trick on a HUGE quarry. (place one source block when you start the quarry, it'll flood the whole area eventually)
Had to MCedit out the water as it was causing extreme lag to the point where all the clients were getting seconds per frame and not frames per second.

Really? i had once a 64x64-Quarry running on a Server, with the same Watersource-In-Corner-Trick, and i got absolutely no Lag (and that was with my old and slow Computer). Thats, why i thought that it doesnt cause Lag.

    kicked out buildcraft

Very good Decision. Redpower is much better.

    16 macerators, 16 electric furnaces, 8 compressors, 8 extractors, 8 recyclers, 4 mass-fabricators

A bit much or? I run with only 6 Macerators, 6 Furnaces, 3 Extractors, 3 Compressors, 1 Canningmachine, 1 ScrapMassfab, 1 PureEnergyMassfab, 4 Recyclers and 1 blutric Alloyfurnace, with no Overclocking and i dont get any Problems with the workload (even when i insert Tons of Ores)

45 MFSU, for transporting energy over some bigger distances I have anothers MFSUs each 40 blocks to loose no energy

Why do all these people need large Energystorages? I just consume it directly after Production.

Just added "mod_IronChest" to get more compact storage options, but not everything upgraded yet as those diamond chests are quite expensive

But you have enough for 45 MFSU's? ;)

The first upper diamond chest is for input and emptied every 60 seconds (60sec timer + item detector)

Why not Relay? Its much better. I have four of them, to direct my Stuff, where i want it. (General Sorting, Direct to Factory, Direct to Recyclers, Direct to Thaumaturgy)

For manual processing (e.g. bronze) the 8 macerators and 8 electric furnaces have 8 OC, 2 trafo and 2 storage upgrades - I hate waiting ^^.

Half of the Copper/Tin Dusts are getting to another Chest for later Craftingpurposes instead of getting smelted. That solved the Bronzeproblem for me, even when i plan to autocraft Bronzedust in the future (using the automatic Craftingtable from Immibis Tubestuff).

those overclocker-upgrades make an ice-casuc possible

But Ineffective. These Compressors are costing more Energy with the Overclockers, than your CASUC produces. You need tons of Compressors, to get it effectively running.

Wheatfarm with RP frames for seeding

I have already seen it in the Framechallenge. I like that Machine, even when i dont need it myself. It has only a Purpose on Multiplayer, where many People need Food.

You have a very large Base. I prefer compact Designs, because of shorter Ways and less loaded Chunks, but large Bases are looking much better, than a 16x16-Tower. :)

I just found out, that the Thaumic Generator gives you much Energy, when you have a good enough Vis-Source. (But i use it for Blutricity)

Wooden Tendrils + Taint = Taintlogs; Taintlogs == Bad => Removing tons of Taintlogs and put them into the Sortomat (I would've called it Sortron but Eloraam trademarked it already) => Sortomat sends it to Thaumaturgysection => Thaumaturgysection sends it into its Crucible => Tons of Vis!

Automatic Wisp/Slimekilllingsystem, on the outerwalls of GregTower2 in a Mushroombiome, where nearly nothing else can spawn => Tons of Viscrystals => Overflow in Crystalrefinery => Viscrystals into Crucible => Tons of Vis!

A stack of Totems of Dawn in the Basement of my Tower => Tons of Vis (nearby 10000 and 0 Taint) to recharge my magic Tools with the Selfrepairenchantment! (But of course you can also use Viscondensers to get it)

If I read the wiki correctly (and assuming it is up to date), the Unbreaking enchantment does not make the tool indestructible, but merely dramatically increases its durability. It will eventually break. The diamond drill (baring a lava or cacti immersion) will not.

Thats right. My Unbreaking-III-AxeOfTheStream would break, if its Specialability wouldnt stop at the last Durabilitypoint, so that i have to repair it permanently. And if you want SUPA-DUPA-MULTI-ENCHANTED Stuff, then i would recommend you Thaumcraft.

Hurr, i just wanted to use the Oredictionary (from Forge 135 to ensure maximum compatiblity with Mystcraft) and anything Crashes.

I will add try-catch-statements around the OreDictionarypart and then catch it, by replacing it with the BronzeIngot from the IC2-API.

Could you pass me the "ForgeModLoader-0.log"? Your Error must be Listed there.

Edit: fixed probably SpwnX Oredictionaryissue, divided Lag through 200 and tested a bit more.

Yes, Nikola Tesla is awesome, but since we have Glassfibrecabling, its not really necessary to make Longrange-Energytransportation. And Powerplants which are 10 times more far away would be out of the loaded Chunks, and we dont have my electric Chunkloader, which is not implemented (yet).

So, that Idea is not really applyable on Minecraftgameplay.
