First of all, not the Watermills are bugged, its THE WIRE ITSELF. Everytime you reload a wirecontaining Chunk, it has to be updated (replaced) to function properly. Also this Bug is known.
For the crafting:
Did you misplace refined Iron with normal Iron? Look closer at the Recipe.
Did you use COPPER instead of BRONZE? Becuase it will not work woth Copper. -

There is an Addon called "Nuclear Control" by Shedar, he also made an awesome Siren. And Redpower has enough Lighting.

I got finally the SSP-Part of IC² compiling (after i hacked half of the Classes, and IC² is now no longer playable, because ic2.common.Energynet is missing), so in Theory i can compile an Addon for IC², but i will see that later, in the upcoming 5 Days long Weekend.

Wrong action. By answering to a spambot thread, you confirm the thread as active, causing the bots to (if they're smart) target the website more often. Of course, if they aren't dumb-coded, that is.
Just ignoring the thread, not bumping it in any way is enough. Everyone falling for spambots probably isn't capable of installing IC in first place. Or is not active here, but in the technic forum.In that case i will only add its Name here and PM you.

Didn't Forge ore dictionary use a single block ID + a bunch of metadata for all it's ores? So as long as you have a single ore using the dictionary you won't loose any IDs by having more of them.
I could be mistaken, though.
Nope. Only Redpower makes that, and only for its Ores. But a Forge-Oredictionary like that, would be very good.

Normally i reply to them with a Spam-Bot-Warning to prevent others to be trapped (i will never click a Link, without checking the URL).

If you have Redpower installed, then your "Personal" Safes are no longer personal, you can use ANY Redpowerblock, that can extract Items out of Containers, to steal Items out of Safes. Also you can use the Blockbreaker, which is even able to spit out the Stuff of the Safe behind it (The Blockbreaker CAN'T do that with Vanillachests!), to mine the Safe and get all the Stuff without the need of any other effort.
As of the Fact, that these Safes are even Nukeproof, i would consider that as Bug.
I know Redpower is Eloraams Stuff, but cant there be a workaround about this Securityproblem?

You have extracted the Minecraftforge.zip before installing or? Because it's a ZIP-Error of Java.

i say when you shoot the gun it will pull any light emitting block (torches, charged luminators, jack-o-lanterns, glowstone blocks) and a piece of sticky resin from your inventory (so if your saving those glowstone blocks leave them at home) its simple and it lets me pretend i'm hobgoblin
Sticky Resin + Any Lightemitter (Torch, Glowstone, Luminator?, Jack-Sparrow-O-Lantern, Mushroom (yes it glows), RP-Lamp, Glowstonelamp) as Ammo? Good Idea, now we can let Alblaka decide about it, because we got so many Solutions for the Gun.

Also, the sticky resin should be mixed with Glowdust to be able to glow in the first place (Without causing massive fires and shit), Range should totally not be infinite like i said before, And decay of these F.L.A.R.E. could probably motivate people to put a decent light source if they are planning to stay more time around those caverns.
How about balistic range like the Bow.
And i wanted to shoot Torches, because of the fact that this Glowdustresin would occupy a BlockID.
