how about a wet/dry shopvac? it can suck up and dispense fluids and soils perfect for wiping those noob dirt huts off your front lawn or clean up all that sand from last weeks griefer attack.
Cleaning up Dirt and Sand? Meh, i use Nukes for that, if necessary.

Well 3x3 is fully enough. as he said before. earlier when chunkloader blocks werent fixed they would load machines nicely, but not suff that is in world like water. in this case even your 5x5 would be drained nice and quicly
I got a 3x3 drained multiple times WITHOUT Chunkloader, since then i'm making 5x5 to be sure.

1. Water mill pumping would be kinda difficult to implement and wouldn't be balanced - more EU unmanned at the cost of a redstone engine, a pump and a few pipes.
2. The rotation bug is not due to texture packs - press alt a few times and see if it's solved.

Your Episode 27 is kinda failed, you obviously don't know why all the BC-Stuff is exploded next to your old Quarry, i will give you an explaination of all the FAIL:
If you use a BC-Pump over a Watersource, then make the Watersource AT LEAST a 5x5-Square! The Pump is just emptyfying the Infinite Watersource and BOOM. Also you need 4 Redstoneengines (for Watercoolantpumping) per 3 Combustionengines to not let explode them. The Chunkloaders are working fine, you just forgot to add them to everywhere you need them (2nd Quarry for example), also Thaumcraft has a chunkloaders too (Rune with Magic/Earth for 3x3 or Magic/Earth/Earth for a 5x5-Square of Chunks).
Oh and if you make a CASUC again, then you should watch out for the Redstonebug of the Nuclearreactors (which also destroyed your last Reactor), this Bug RESETS your Redstone applied to the Reactor everytime you load the Chunk into Memory (loading Savegame for example), and then the Reactor starts running even if Redstone is applied to it (but the Autocoolant is still OFF), except you update the Redstone applied to it immidietly after Chunkload.

The most obvious reason is that there is no resource cost involved in producing the EU, so even if you would use copper cable to transmit the power and in the end there is only 1 EU arriving at your box, that one would still be for free.
Wow you are complaining about 1 EU from a Windmill that produces 2 EU or more. You have a huge lack of Arguments.
Just give him a config to disable all the green Generators, or better to disable whole IC².
You still don't need BC3. Once you detect the reenriched cell ejected, you know to shut the reactor down and cycle the cells.
It's a bad idea to try to swap the reenriched cells for regular cells with the other reactor contents still in place. The reason is that ice still backstuffed in a filter (or in transit in a pipe) will enter the reactor while you have made the spaces by removing the re-enriched cells. That messes up your cell layout.
The better way (and way that avoids several other related problems) is to completely dump everything in the reactor, with the ice supply turned off, sort everything, then rebuild the reactor layout from scratch. You need a computer to do this conveniently, since it would involve a whole bunch of glitchy state cells and counters otherwise (or an entire building of redstone dust)
That's a much better way to do it, but requires a complete Overhaul of the CASUC-Design.
This would get very complex soon, so i wouldn't even try to waste my time on that. ![]()

Also, RP2 can detect the fully reenriched cells if you want to do it that way. Just put a filter on an unused face of the reactor, with a re-enriched cell in the filter slot.
ONE Problem: The Cell will be ejected BEFORE the Reactor shuts OFF, but it needs to be AFTER it shut OFF. Thats why i said you need BC3.

Nope. I use redpower 2 and I don't even have buildcraft installed.
You need BC3 only to detect the fully Reenriched Cells in the Bucket-CASUC-Reactor to trigger the shutoff (nothing else), but i have not installed BC too. If you are very experienced with breeding then you can use a timercounter for that (RP's timer is a bit bugged with the time-set-command, Bed and reloading chunks, therefor an additional Counter to count the Seconds)
I say I got lucky I found the first posted complaint about it before it had gotten to me, and recognized what it was doing. after disabling forum email I simply looked up the profile in the member search to see if was spamming in any other ways
as we wait for alblaka to incinerate this bot we should make a forum game out of this or something

But, there IS a way to automatically remove the drill. When you first place a miner, the side to the right of the side you're facing is the side pipes/tubes put/take items in/out of the drill slot. So, if you place a miner facing north, the side facing you would be the south side, and the side to the right of that would be the east side. It would also be the side you would need to use in order to have automatic drill retraction.
The blutric Furnace of Redpower has that ability already. (left => Input, right => Output)
CASUC is possible, let the Reactor reenrich your Cells and then shut the Waterbucketcoolant and the Reactor OFF, pull out the Reenriched Cells, replace them with depleted ones, and switch the Reactor and the Waterbucketcoolantsystem back ON.
This is in fact, only possible with BC3!
