Yeah, that's bull, RP2 is pretty much complete and almost bugfree to warrant a full release, but I guess she wants to at least finish Control, because she stated the Control in pr5 is just a preview and most recipes are temporary due to the lack of intermediary components.
Dont forget the Worldgenerationbugs (cutten Volcanoes and Rubbertrees), uses for Tungsten and i guess with the full Release we will get a blutric Macerator, a blutric Extractor and a blutric Nuclearreactor.

A new Carbondustitem, which is crafted out of 9 tiny Piles of Carbondust. That sounds good, so you will get 4 for Coal and 1 for Charcoal (like the EE-ratio) in a Macerator, that would overhaul the complete Coalsystem of IC² to make it more realistic (don't come to me with the Floating-Dirtblock-Argument!).
I would support it if it goes this Way, but not with the Charcoaldust.

Thaumcraft (fixed in newest Version), Railcraft and Forestry are having old IC²-API's in them. Make sure the IC²-Folders in these Mods are deleted.
Note even that isn't foolproof as DW20's last "Season" showed. (his CASUC went *bang*)
That is/was a (reported!) Bug in the Nuclearreactor-Redstonecode of IC² itself, so the Reactor doesnt save the active Redstonesignal applied to the Reactor, if the Chunk unloads, and then it just starts running on Chunkreload (without Coolant-ICE, because the Coolantfabricator is OFF, because Direwolf thought the Reactor will still be OFF) and simply BOOM!!!
Read the installation instructions. ModLoaderMP is not needed nor compatible.

(Somewhat) known. The Enet is (according to RichardG) too highly optimized for use with RP2 (at least I think that's the case, he might've been talking about the Frames at the time)
Technical Term for that is "optimised away", and the Deployerbug is not part of that optimisation, only the Framemovement of E-net-Entities
Mine can already break blocks in front of it, craft solar panels, redstone torches, cobblestone, glass fibre cable, tin cable and MV transformers, place them behind it in the correct pattern. All that's left is putting everything together, waiting for it to fill up its internal buffers so Alblaka doesn't have to wait for ages before it does anything, and test it.Until the enet works on frames and cables can be deployed, I'll have everything needed for cables set up except for putting them in the assembler, all the wiring for the machines done but they'll be running on lapotrons, and a chest of UUM instead of the mass fabricator (with a wire leading up to it)
You can deploy Wiring for the Solarpanels but it consists out of MV-Transformers.
first of all: BUILD YOUR REACTOR AND COOLING INTO THE SAME CHUNK!!! (these 16x16-Squares in which Minecraft saves the Game)
second: Due to a bug in the Reactor with Redstone, you should never shut down the Coolantsystem, if the Reactor is set OFFLINE via REDSTONE.

In that case it was definetly seconds, because it can only consume one Ice per second per Slot, and Reactorticks are up to 100 times faster than seconds, so you would blow up in an instant.
Remember that reactors can only use one item from a stack per tick. So if you need 7 ice/
ticksecond to cool the reactor, you need 7 stacks in there. With only three stacks, it can only do a max of 900 heat/ticksecond, so you'll probably be in orbit after about 15 seconds.
