Just built a simpel forward/backward drive in a StarTrekEnter-Prise like Propulsion element. Looks stylish and after dejamminmg (read: rebuilding) the engines a few times it finally works near-flawless. Cept if you try to run into 2 directions at once. That will break it.
How many Framemotors were needed for forward AND backward? 4? If yes, then its normal, if its even less than its better than mine.

Quite a ridiculous thing anyways, you could gain more stuff just by investing that EMC in collectors or something, there isn't really any reason to run a CASUC reactor for a couple of hours if you could just do something more profitable, less laggy, safer and faster. Makes nuclear reactors useless if you're using EE, enough energy for a q-suit can be acquired more quickly and easily in other manners.
If Collectors are disabled by an intelligent Serverhoster, then you wont be able to do that.

Intressting, i knew the Resinrecipe from Craftingtable II on accident (wanted to craft outa Charcoal) and my Resin was just "disappeared", while the Coal and the Charcoal were still there. But is it really necessary to skip the Treetap for a few Torches? Do you really not find any normal Trees nearby the Rubbertrees to get enough Planks? Or do you want to skip the Workbench at the Beginning, so that you can't craft any Pickaxes or other Tools? I think its realistic but not really needed. I just wanted to point that out, before i say +-0.

No good Tech-Mod requires MLMP and make sure, you've not installed a bugged version of Forge. MLMP causes many issues with Forge, uninstall it immidietly.
Then it's a (don't tell anyone) downside to automation.

rework the IC2 pump a little so it can fill a geothermal directly without needing a empty cell as long as the ic2 pump is touching the geothermal generator
Uhhm... Its already implemented, didn't you saw my Screenshot? Only the one Placebocell in the Pump is needed.

I got it running only on RP (and of course IC²), so we dont really need more compatiblity, even if its a good Idea.
Also Eloraam has no API (conspiracys saying she have, but she dont give it to every Modder), what makes that work really hard.
Study mate talked about a VANILLY redstone mechanism enforcing loaded chunks. He didn't exactly mention how that thing works.
But given he already created player-sensors and block-change-detectors I doubt he was joking

Ahh, you mean a Turbopistonclock placed on the collisionpoints of the four Chunks you want to keep loaded.
Its very simple, just put the Pistons in a Way that it pushes a Block from Chunk 01 to Chunk 02, this Block triggers the second Piston, which moves it to Chunk 03 and that does the same to chunk 04, which pushes the Block to Chunk 01 and then it starts again.
Its quite a bit laggy on Computers with less that 1GB-RAM but it works.
@GregoriusT I improved on the Red and the Blue redundancies and disco-lights. I also insulated the wiring which you suggested in a tutorial which you conveniently link to in every single one of your posts. And replaced the timers with only 1 which is set at 1 second. I hope you like the changes.
Its much better than before, i dont tested how large the Timerintervall must be (depends on Design) but the larger the Intervall the better it is, and if you do it properly then you need no Repeaters, only the Timer and a bit Wiring is needed together with jppk's Reactorbasicdesign.
Just a Warning: If you shut the Reactor OFF with Redstone, then it will overheat and explode, if you leave the chunk, or on loading Savegame. That's actually a not fixed but known Bug.
@My Tutorial: I will add the new Redpowerbased Geothermalpump this Weekend, so there's no longer a need for lagging BC-Waterproofpipes, even if they are a bit cheaper.
But the ability to make IC2 Pumps to suck the lava and place it directly into the Geothermal may solve that.
Just make a 1 block in space tank below the IC2pump and whenever the IC2pump suck a liquid it will be replaced by the RP2pump.
Exactly what i ment, but a bit better explained.
