Your Internetconnection is too slow, simple as that.
Examples from my Internetconnections:
University WIFI = Fast => Good
LTE-Stick with LTE = Fast => Good
LTE-Stick with GPRS = Slow => Forum runs SOMETIMES like crap -
I dont have that Crash with TC2 and IC². But i use an older Forge (90).

Uhhm what??? I have IC², RP2, TC2, RC, Tubestuff, Rei's Minimap and NEI running flawlessly, without any deletion of the IC²-Folder in Thaumcraft

Thats more something for "Nuclear Engineering"-Section.
Computercraft i a bit unsafe because everytime the Computer got outdie the loaded Chunks or the Map get loaded the Computer Restarts. If you keep that in mind then you can write Programs to avoid that BUT its not very simple and the Reactor has a Chunkloadbugwith Redstonesignals so you have also to think on that.
These two Bugs are the only thing, what you have to think about, before using CC or any other Redstonecontraption.

Yes but with an Upgrade of a Nonteleporter one it sounds a bit more Legit.

what version of RP2/IC2 are u using? coz in my case, i can't seem to connect the pneumatic tubes to reactor chamber (using technic pack build 6.0.7) for minecraft 1.1. i can only do the 5-chamber version. is there any way to unlock the 6th chamber?
Just update to 1.2.5
All relevant Mods except Computercraft are out for it.

sending a low rate of large packets will definitely give it the exotic tech flair i'm going for but considering its a fire and forget generator even 64eu/t maybe OP we don't want to encourage people to farm enderdragons after all.

Eloraam totally needs to code something to ROTATE a contraption (or, even more awesome, PARTS of it).
I think it will be ONLY Parts of it, but you could build your own Rotator like i build my Forwarddrive.
But we will much longer wait for that as for Frames.

The Enderdragonegg-Idea remembers me on my old Quantumcrystalssuggestion, but its much much rarer than it.
32 EU/t are a bit too low, whats about 64 EU/t in 2048EU-Packets (it teleports not every tick, so it's more realistic).Teleporting for free? Could be considered, but i would need an Upgrade of that Machine to do think about it.
The second Idea is... i don't know how to say that... it must be a Joke.

My Thaumcraft runs flawlessly with IC², but i prechanged the BlockID's of Thaumcraft, before a conflict could even happen.

IC² for 1.2.5 is out. Now i can build my Machines to process the Stuff of my TBM. Sadly i started a new world 5 hours before IC² was out and now i have no Uranium in the nearby Area, but i have plundered a Thaumcraftobelisk within the first hour of play, on the legit way, what makes that acceptable.
