Just copy the configs from the Client to the Server.
It seem's that you are overloading VanillablockID's.

The problem is that the Reactor is NOT SAVING the Redstonecurrent applied to it (since ever) that means only if you Redstoneupdate the Reactor after chunkloading you will be able to stop the explosion. And its ever good to build all in a single Chunk.
Actually i'm never shutting down the Waterbucketcoolantsystem even if the Reactor is Offline, because of that bug.
Moment i got a good Idea, with a Computercraft-Startupfile i can detect Chunkloading and so RS-Update the Reactor, again thanks for inspiration.

Never delete META-INF in the Serverjar only in the Clientjar or else your Server get corrupted

The Creeper-Demolitioncompany is a daughter of GregTech Intergalactical and specialized in terms of removing stuff that is in my Way. Indeed the BC-Quarry belongs to it but has to be placed much higher as wanted, if the Base is not removed before quarrying, so we have to remove the valuables of the Base and blow the rest up before we finally begin with our Quarry.
IC-Pad, wow i should more often read Alblakas Blog. I definetly choose that as Mapper if it not runs on Redapple-OS.

I just read his other posts and they show that he has a ICIQ (Internet Communication Intelligence Quotient) on par with a lemming on caffine somebody please ban him into the void and hang his head on the wall as an example to others.I thought but didn't said that. in your case it's possibly bug, reactor dont store it's run state in NBT and always loaded as running, if redstone not properly updated it will possible bugout.
That's exactly what i wanted to describe. And i know Chunkloaddetectors. I just don't want to build a massive overhaul around the Reactor because of a small critical Bug.
Edit: I know that Computercraft is Ideal for that case, but that Bug had probably destroyed more Bases, as we can imagine. It would be nice if someone (looking in direction of RichardG) would notice that and reply, so that i know that it's even noticed.

You mean as much as a Furnace or a Chest (approximately)

You must power all of them properly or else you will get flickering (LAG), that will be your largest Problem, but also that they consume Power (over E-net) could cause Lag.
If they are not flickering everything is good for your FPS.
