yeah i guess but with gold, iron, and ic2 bronze blocks instead, oh and no sticks, and it uses ic2 power(good for those who don't use bc), and throw in stamping armor to make it a little more different. this would also be extra beneficial to gold because technically its the fastest working tool it just has crappy durability

Names: (axe, pickaxe, shovel, hoe, sword, wrench)stamping die, tool capsule
Description: ok so the idea is to slightly automate the production of vanilla tools with a stamping die equipped compressor(the stamping die goes in the upgrade slot). what the stamping die does is when you throw in a bronze block(not a ingot but a block) the compressor will turn that block into a stack of tool capsules(explained later) so a pickaxe stamp will make 3 picks or sword stamp will make 4 swords(lost materials are assumed to go into the handles). the tool capsule is like a sealed box from the factory they can stack but once opened there is no turning back. the tool capsule is opened by right clicking just like with a scrapbox. only metal tools(and possibly armor) can be stamped out wood, stone, leather, and diamond are not malleable enough.
recipe:
stamping dies,
the iron tool (or maybe diamond) surrounded by refined iron -
make it so unregistered posters can't post posts with links in them

wait this thread wasn't locked for feeding an emotionally charged firestorm of unending flame war?

IMO unregistered posting should be disabled until these spam bot incidents stop
either that or or make it an instant IP ban for any unregistered poster that tries to post a link

ic2 != terrafirmacraft
if you want brutal realism you should try terrafirma craft instead
-
well i can't help with that i'm just a fanboy but good luck

making your own mod or addon is a different story and i wish you the best of luck. but like you said haters gonna hate, and we have a reputation of burning lightning rod suggestions at the stake to up hold after all. but if you wind up succeeding I would probably install it (nothing says mad scientist like lightning)
-
oh good catch i hate it when they run
-
last time i played minecraft i tapped my rubber tree farm for a stack of torches and i'm on 1.2.5

the lightning rod suggestion has hounded alblaka since the introduction of weather in minecraft. alblaka decided to reject the idea long ago and is well aware of this concept so he also doesn't need any help hashing out the idea should he change his mind. this suggestion has reached the level of BANNABLE offence because despite all the times it has been rejected someone always brings it up thinking they were the first ones to think of it the ban hammer is the only way for first time posters to take this policy seriously.

its opinions like that that makes copyright law so screwy you should adapt to the market not seek protection for your business model from authority figures
-
I am not sympathetic to your greediness. so here is what you should do
1. make friends by selling cheap terrawart crop starters
2. using your good relationship sell your friends other stuff like strong booze
3. ???
4. profitsimply put your buying positive PR and good karma with terrawart

no take it up with your server admin and then come back

fun fact: i used to work for solar city sorta...
actually i worked for a contractor that solar city hired to build carports in government parking lots for solar city to put solar panels onany ways i'm not surprised that solarcity would stoop to spambots unlike the contractor i worked for they only payed their guys minimum wage and they were the ones expected to dance on top of the carports to install the panels

your right you should just throw it into the lava right now and go and make your self some rock'n enchanted diamond armor and speed potions which actually gives you powers! those nano armor wearing n00bs wont know what hit them(color troll'n) don't be such a noob >=D. lets look at the benefits of nano armor
1. better/cheaper than diamond armor in terms of how well it protects you and how many diamonds you spend
2. rechargeable which means it never breaks
3. nano armor is is an ingredient in quantum suit recipes
4. with a diamond factory you can make replacement armor entirely out of common coal, redstone, and bricks/obsidian/ironblocks
p.s. on the other hand nano sure looks spiffy
in this post i detail the benefits of nano armor i was hoping he would find it himself. so thanks for spoiling it guys
