none of what you have said is different from past new ore suggestions if you want to resurrect a denied suggestion you need these things and even then its a long shot depending on peoples moods
1. it must be well thought out, you must have all the hard numbers and balance stuff worked out in a way that is detailed and makes sense.
2. it must be well presented, the best presentation is a proof of concept addon, but videos, pictures, and concept models have been well received in the past.
3. it must have a unique spin, you must have truly worked your noodle and came up with something cool we never thought of.

these are not set in stone nor are they offical rules but they are your best bet for not getting flamed out by every one saying
"DENIED ALREADY!!11!!!1 N00BS SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START NEW THREADS!11!!! "

also on the flip side don't make it to long cause then every one will say "tl;dr DENIED ALREADY!!11!!!1 N00BS SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START NEW THREADS!11!!! "

making the higher tiers and or tier 4 only acquirable through danger and adventure sounds fun but precautions must be made to make sure you can't just skip to the OP stuff with out NEI

just because there is a wip addon shouldn't mean that he can't suggest it. if this has been denied before then you can voice your displeasure in a polite or comical way.

I would like to burn charcoal in a gassifier to make wood gas/town gas(a natural gas). its a pain to keep all those gens stoked with fuel cans and coal so if i can turn all my charcoal into a gas that i can pump into a storage tank and walk away I'd be happy

Noodle your solution is simple just make a cropcard addon that adds crops that drop animal products

during such time you should just disable forum registration it will kill 2 birds with one stone. the spambots, and the fly-by-night n00b posters.

you can break servers with any mod its called just use lots of vanilla TNT

then use computercraft and program a turtle to run a patrol and check for empty spaces in you walls

or you can just use redpower. not that this is a bad idea its just that you'll be waiting a while for the devs to implement it. so installing an extra mod would be much faster.

balance requires something to compare it against in ic2 the closest we have is mining by hand. Simply put its a well establish fact that the fastest and most economical way to get the ore you want is to grab a drill and mine it yourself the miner is just a convenience you pay through the nose for.

unfortunately both are archived and social norms forbid us from recovering them with out at least a powerpoint scale presentation or a proof of concept addon

I don't think steve should be at total loss as to how to construct industrial machines. I think he should be able to start off with at least lv machines, normal gen, and watermill, or have a lower coal or petrol powered tier added.
