There are disadvantages like not being efficient like 15% so I think that 1 eu per tick is fine but the mud covering a solar panel how does mud get on the solar panel if it is up high ( like 81 y axis).

absolutely nothing until the hull reaches 75% heat these kick in and start acting like cooling cells but are 5 times more effective and will continue to cool the reactor till it reaches 50% heat then the metal solidifies and the molten cooling cells shut down

Don't you think that a molten coolant cell would heat it up not cool it down. Molten means Hot like molten lava or rocks.
Should be able to disable any machine or armor or item that runs on or creates electricity. For PvP servers or for fun.
If you create this mod you create the recipe and texture I do have one that you do not have to do this one but you can if you want.

A Powertransportlaser can be a good idea, if it works like a (Wireless) Cable that loses the same amount as the uninsulated Steelcable and can also carry up to EV. Oh and did i said that this laser is deadly and invisible.
Now to the Solarpart: if Solar produces more Energy on higher layers (between 0.5 EU/t at Bedrock and 2.5 EU/t at Sky), then the most players want to use them at a very high layer, which reduces much of that damn SolarIteratingToSky lag.
With all that you can build Satellites yourself without "Magic" Blocks like a Satelliteenergyreceiver.
