Cant you find that out via Testing?
I have tested every side but maybe i made a mistake somewhere on the line and needed to put something extra in the mix of things, but it seems putting the pipe on the bottom is working now :\ thanks all.

I'm wondering how to hook up pipes to my mass fabricator so i can put scraps in the lower slot.

If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated.
My suggestion is as follows: A machine that when picked lava or water uses cells of water/lava and acts as a sort of filler. The filler would fill the shape that is on its height, and the filler would fill the blocks from top to bottom beginning at the level below it and stopping at the floor. If a single block is empty on the floor and it leads to more empty blocks then it will continue to fill till reaching a level where it has a floor that fully completes the shape on the level of the filler.

I have a water tower that runs 39 away from the MFE and looks like
=tin wire =water
and it pulls in very little EU's to my surprise but it pulled in negative EU's in a read. Any advice on my water tower and why the negative reading?
Even after i mute Minecraft in game, the sounds caused by machines persists.
