EU/t is carried over!!! That means that you will be able to power a few macerators with 64 overclockers or 256 Industrial Electrolyzers running at full speed. Plus, it's cheaper than an AESU
The Electrolyzer part is true, but isn't the maximum amount of items that can be macerated per tick 1? In which case 64 overclockers is way overkill

The Compressor doesn't want to turn my mined Uranium into Uranium Ingots, or whatever they're called.
I've mentioned that before, but I'll mention it again: My Uranium does not want to get squashed into a Refined Uranium. Is this a bug, or am I using the wrong machine? I admit, this is the first time I've ever played IC2
I think that's an actual bug this time, people over in the GregTech thread were complaining about it as well.
Thanks for the quick response! I don't see a recipe for an electronic blast furnace on the wiki, but it's good to know that there's another way to get steel. How does one get mixed metal ingots without Railcraft's Rolling Machine? Does that get automatically disabled if Railcraft isn't installed, or is there an electric Rolling Machine I don't know about?
By default, mods you don't have get things from GregTech disabled by default, as in Mixed Metal Ingots are made the same way as in normal IC2 without RailCraft.
Maybe that was just a "oh my god, 1.4.2 version is so awesome!" or "OMG, you're already in 1.4.2!"

No, I meant transformer, as in LV transformer, read the wiki page on them, it's a very useful block that can reduce EU loss through wires to 0, if used properly, and transform MV EU into LV and LV EU into MV.
Perhapes some of the event handlers have changed due to the move into 1.3-1.4 for Minecraft, but I don't see why this would be an issue if someone was dedicated enough for this task of bringing it into the game...
Yeah, that was the addon I was talking about, although there has not been an update past 1.2.5, which leaves ThaumCraft 3 as the only 1.4 mod to have an "advanced" HUD, and Gravitation Suite to a lesser extent when it displays the amount of energy left in the corner. However, as Sebra said, HUDs have been suggested in the past, many times.

Just a heads up, use an LV transformer or your cables will go boom, and a little tip, try to use less cables (or clever use of more LV transformers), the E-Net calculations account for every wire in a system to check for resistance, in other words, every 6 cables connected to your system makes you lose one more EU per packet.

I do not believe that minecraft mods are distributed for commercial purposes.

Hell yeah! New Vegas was the shit! On my third play-through, I made it all the way to Hoover Dam for the final battle in Hardcore mode the entire time, only to find out that my disk was scratched in such a way that made my game freeze and crash whenever I would press accept to finally finish the game 100% hardcore.

All of the machines were about five blocks away. And I figured out what was going on after mucking around a bit more. It seems that none of the machines will work when wired up to the BatBox, but DO work when wired up directly to the Generator. Will the energy stored in the BatBox be transferred through the generator, or is this a bug for the new version?
Generators do not act as cables, they can emit energy but they can not receive it from anything but themselves. Can you post screenshots of your setup if it does not work when they are connected to a batbox?
3. I'd like to see the water strainer more usable, or a way to get power from flowing water. Hydroelectric power is a good source of power IRL.
Do you mean water mills instead of water strainer? If you mean water strainer, that is an item from a different mod.
No I am not a developer, but I am somewhat knowledgeable on what can reasonably be done, making a moving object is basically creating a new entity and rendering a .png file to it, there are a lot of mods that do that. So far Gravitation Suite, ThaumCraft 2/3, and one IC2 addon made for the purpose of a HUD, are the only things that I have ever seen implement some form of a HUD, logically the difficulty of coding a HUD must be higher than making moving objects. If this was made as something built in to a nano-helmet or a quantum-helmet (which has already been suggested once by the way), I would see greater use for it than it being a stand alone item. As it stands, I just don't think that there is enough justification for making an item for this purpose.
