You see the mods folder? You drop it in there, installation does not change from mod to mod, except in very special cases

I'm pretty certain MCMMO (a bukkit plug-in) has blast fishing (lighting tnt near water has a chance to produce fish), but I don't know Forge's capabilities and therefore I can't say whether or not it can be done

How do you go back to the old solar panel recipe? I want compact solars, but i don't like the new recipe. Also, this is for IC2 in general, for some reason the sounds don't work. And yes, for those people out there who would suggest it, the volume is on. -_-
Do you use GregTech? As far as I know, this mod does not change the solar panel recipe, check the GregTech config file

You could use a buildcraft quarry and a gem of eternal density to gain the materials for transmuting EMC into uranium, alternatively you could consider an ender pearl farm, SpwnX can help you with that.

Is it 1.2.5 or 1.3.2? If it's 1.2.5 a few CASUCs might be suitable (along with EE uranium), If it's 1.3.2 and you want a CASUC, you have some engineering to do

What are the texture bugs? Take a screen shot and post it.. Its probably not written in the code to take the image from the png file. simple fix, but I need to see what its doing...
I'm pretty certain that if that wasn't written into the code, the mod would just outright crash

If I had an addon, I would just ask for noobs to toast, for sacrifices to the Almighty Dragon Lord! Or I could just generate power from their lightning rods, either way really.
EDIT: I'm not certain, but assuming you don't have a mac, I think you can just copy and replace newer Forge files on top of older ones and it will still work

The title says v1.43/v.164, this addon does not work for the latest version of IndustrialCraft. There is one that does work for the latest version of IndustrialCraft here
